Now im on both sides of the fence on this casino. Ive deposited there a few times with no hassle. And i do love their tournaments. But with the recent Betsoft accusations its hard not to look at that as an issue. Also their withdrawal times are far to high. I know being a US player we dont have that many options but that is one of the highest. All in all though i believe them to be trusted and a well rounded casino.

Drake casino offered me 400% bonus. No code required just deposit and claim. I deposit double the required amount and it isn’t there. I contacted customer support. First guy tells me I don’t have it, so I paste the email to him. Suddenly I do have it and should be able to see it as a pop up according to him (I don’t) – he tells me to try a different browser. I hop on the computer and still don’t have it. I get ahold of another representative, and she says I should see the pop up. I still don’t. She says she will contact me via email after reaching the correct department. This is already a bad start so I simply ask for my deposit back. She tells me they don’t do refunds. So I was lured in with the promise of a 400% bonus, not offered the bonus, then slapped with the refusal of a misleading refund. Never again will I deposit here. UPDATE. I received an email offering me 200% bonus – half of what the email originally stated. I decided to play with no bonus and tripled my deposit within 30 mins. I cashed out and now we wait. Never again will I play here. That’s so deceptive.
