There is no payout in this casino, when I got €170 I wanted to make a payout and they give me the condition that I have to make 1 more deposit, when I made it they tell me that there is an error in the system and they return my money from the intervention, then I tried to play again and they blocked me from all the games in which I had won. I want to withdraw money again and they refuse to pay it out again..

Really dislike this entire family of casinos. I.E Gossip, Drake etc the game selection is very bland and boring. They do have a tournament section with free tournaments but if only playing free then you only have a certain amount of times you can play before your cut off.

I know this may seem odd that I rated one of my favorite casino with a 3.5, so I’d like to offer the reasons and commit to raising my rating if specific issues are addressed.
My first observation is that there are no direct links to the social media accounts associated with this casino. The twitter account is not difficult to find and is maintained very well. The Facebook account, however, is difficult to find and is essentially ignored and does not offer much in the way of public interaction or special promotions. Both of these accounts are mentioned on the site as viable resources for players to find special promotions, yet Twitter is the only site that meets this claim…but again…there is no direct link from the main site.
The second point I’d like to address is the Live Chat. As a depositing player, I am a little miffed that the live representatives seem to lack the ability to do much of anything aside from removing rollovers once the account is reviewed. This is literally the only direct help I have been able to garner from them. They can’t review your play history. They can’t provide you with your individual RTP. They can’t give you a deposit/no deposit bonus…etc.
Customer Support, on the other hand, is very helpful. But this requires sending an email. Waiting for a response. Re-identifying the problem. Waiting for a response…
In my opinion, this area needs a great deal of improvement.
Now, having said that, I’d like to also say– I love playing games that this casino offers! I enjoy them tremendously. They have an amazing tournament schedule. It is second to none! More importantly…it IS possible to win unbelievable jackpots / payouts. All of this is what makes Drake Casino one of my favorite places to frequent.

They few things that made me dislike this casino was that you any free spins you get you have to deposit to be able to withdrawal your wins. I feel like this casino just wants your money. Well all casinos just want your money, but some actually give a little back to their loyal customers. So with all that being said I give this casino a 3.4 rating out of 5.

I love the betsoft games & drake is one of the two betsoft casinos I deposit with fairly often. Although I’ve made several deposits I’ve never won a whole lot so never had a withdrawal. I dont like how most of there no deposit bonuses are for tournament entries of free spins that you have to make a deposit before getting your winnings from the spins..
