Having only played tournaments twice, I don’t have much to compare with. That said, playing at Drake was a GREAT experience, as far as helpful, friendly customer service. They had to help register, although I usually have no problem with that. It all worked out, and I really enjoyed the tournament. I will most definitely play there again. This happens to be the worst casino I have ever visited,deposited at,seen ect.The games are flashy,they have great graphics and are awesome at giving promos/freebie chips ect but after all the hub bub about NOT cashing out (they lure you in with more bonuses and then give you reasons if you DON’T take them) my experience here has been nothing but bad.I am not a negative person but this casino to me is rouge.They have not let me nor people I know as well my personal experience being that of most people’s I know,it’s 1/10
