I did a crypto deposit that wasn’t credited to my account that was attached to a bonus. I sent the transaction hash, the account that it was sent to, the amount, and the type of crypto on 4 different occasions to different reps explaining that it was missing. All to hear a variety of excuses and not a resolution. I informed them that it was completed and they said that it wasn’t. Clearly we all have access to blockchain so either they were lying, too lazy to look or both. Then when I follow up a few days later they ask for a receipt 😂. Clearly you can’t send a screenshot via the chat so I email them and have yet to hear back. Gripe #2- I did a withdrawal request and was told it would be the 24th, then the 25th, then congratulations it will be very soon. Guess what- maybe it will be the 26th😂 because the processing team is gone for the day and I’m not the only one who is experiencing delays. The customer service, lack of transparency and responsiveness is an all time low. I’m at the highest status and I would expect better. My Experience at DuckyLuck

I wasn’t as impressed by the withdrawal options at DuckyLuck as I was by the deposit options. There are only three payout options available to US players: Bitcoin, wire transfers, and paper checks. The minimum withdrawal amounts are okay if you use cryptocurrency ($25) but are much higher ($150) for the other two methods.

I do appreciate that DuckyLuck is straightforward in sharing this information. The site clearly lays out transaction fees on the terms and conditions page. For deposits, there are no fees, but for withdrawals, it varies. Cryptocurrencies have no fees, but wire transfers have a $50 fee, and paper checks have a $53 fee.

For a low-fee payout, your best option is crypto, a trend across most online gambling sites these days. (DuckyLuck also has additional bonuses for crypto users, so be sure to take advantage of those if you choose to use crypto transactions.)

The DuckyLuck slot library had 440 games at the time of my review. Although there isn’t a game filtering option, I like that I can choose which games I want to play by sub-categories including Popular, Video, and Jackpots.

Two games I particularly enjoyed were Mythic Wolf and Wrath of Medusa.

Mythic Wolf (formerly known as Mystic Wolf) is one of the most popular slot games and is rated 4.5/5 stars on DuckyLuck. This 5-reel slot game is provided by Rival Gaming. It has a return-to-player percentage (RTP%) of 94.88%, and a medium volatility rating. I particularly enjoyed the lunar phase bonus game that gave me a chance to win extra prizes.

Wrath of Medusa is another game I had fun playing. When you play the game for the first time, you have the option to choose which bonus will be available as you play (expanding wild, stone soldier, or wild free spins). I had the best luck with the expanding wild option. The RTP% for the game is a bit low at 93.86%, but it’s still a very fun game.

Table and Specialty Games

Some games were missing from DuckyLuck that I would’ve liked to see, baccarat in particular. The games that they do have made up for it in my opinion, especially the blackjack varieties, but you’ll be disappointed if you’re a baccarat fan.

The casual game section on DuckyLuck features 20 games including bingo variants, scratch cards, keno, and Teen Patti.

I enjoyed playing Teen Patti Rapid. This is a classic game from India (developed based on three-card brag) that was easy to learn and fun to play. Just press the deal button, and if a combination of cards comes up that matches the payout table, you win.

Video Poker and Live Casino

Lovers of video poker will be big fans of DuckyLuck as there are 14 variations to choose from, and any player should be able to find the game that suits their needs in terms of the action, payout, and rules.

I played Rival’s Tens or Better multi-hand game. This is a variation of the classic Jacks or Better, with the goal being to build the best five-card hand.This version also allowed me to play multiple hands at once.
