I’m not sure how you are going to help. I have been playing here for months. I was told multiple times that you can reverse withdrawals and use the available coupon. I specifically asked if I can reverse withdrawals from free chips and free spins. So this entire time I have lost every single one of my withdrawals that were already at max cash because I thought I could reverse them, soo did and lost.
