Ducky luck isn’t the best or the worst, I’d say. It’s got rival games, which are a breath of fresh air since the whole scene is dominated by REAL TIME GAMING casinos. I actually want to decent amount on the free spins and almost made it through wagering this is sports and casinos sister site and they seem legitimate and they seem to pay out. They do have bonuses that are nice but I wish they had more bonuses with no Max cash out as they all have a capped cash out except for the 50% reload one

I have some mixed feelings. While I would recommend it since I hit real big here a couple times early on when it first opened. Shortly after received an email from them stating I would receive no more bonuses and they were putting me on some global player list. Whatever that means. I have went back a couple times and made small $50 clean deposits. Without a bit of luck. I lost it fast.

They have this weird reverse a withdrawal coupon that you can use. The coupon does not state what type of withdrawal is allowed and is not allowed. I asked in the chat if I could reverse my current pending withdrawal and use a coupon and the player advocate said yes you can use this coupon and revearse your withdrawal. I am giving this place a 3/5. Had you asked me before I tried to withdrawal I would have given it a 10/5. I loved this place, it was so much fun! UNTIL I WON! I was playing off free spins, and a absolute virgin gambler in March. I won I was so shocked! It was somewhere around 13.5K. I was totally extatic, as we all would have been! I talked to Johnny (customer service) to get some help, and he told me exactly what I needed to do in order to cash out. He told me to send in all my douments, Photo ID, Credit card, and utility bill, then said to place one withdraw for $150 and then do another withdraw for the rest. I did just that. IT ALL DISAPPEARED! Except the withdraw I put in, I immediately reversed the withdraw and was like, OMG! What just happened? I went to customer service again, and got Lyle. I asked for Johhny, and he informed me he was no longer there. I explained what happened, and he kindly informed me that I was playing on free spins, so none of it, except the $150 was mine to keep. Besides the lengthy id verification process..which they made me go thru multiple times, I also had to wait 15 Business days twice just to have withdrawal approval via email. Then was told another 15day period in processors hands for wire transfer…then was told by many agents it was still being processed..which was told had to be 15 days again. Then was told within 24hrs.. afterwards still had not received the money. Was told this time it was sent and bank already has it..which was false. Support won’t even return my emails and all have refused to give me transaction id number or any kind of proof of sender info only repeated to me my own info I gave them like my account number routing number my bank name…all info I provided them with. My bank cannot even attempt to search for this payment without any info identifying the sender. IT ALREADY KNOWS MY INFO.its my bank.
