IT ALL DISAPPEARED! Except the withdraw I put in, I immediately reversed the withdraw and was like, OMG! What just happened? I went to customer service again, and got Lyle. I asked for Johhny, and he informed me he was no longer there. I explained what happened, and he kindly informed me that I was playing on free spins, so none of it, except the $150 was mine to keep. I was so bummed out! Like crushed! Johnny had just told me I had won it, and everything was going to be cool. I was mad as could be and closed my account. Later I remembered, that in haste of my madness and temper tantrum, I had closed my account with the $150.00 still there. I reactivated it a week or so later, and never won near the amount, but did win $1,500. It took WEEKS, SEVERAL WEEKS, of me attempting to get verified. Besides the lengthy id verification process..which they made me go thru multiple times, I also had to wait 15 Business days twice just to have withdrawal approval via email. Then was told another 15day period in processors hands for wire transfer…then was told by many agents it was still being processed..which was told had to be 15 days again. Then was told within 24hrs.. afterwards still had not received the money. Was told this time it was sent and bank already has it..which was false. Support won’t even return my emails and all have refused to give me transaction id number or any kind of proof of sender info only repeated to me my own info I gave them like my account number routing number my bank name…all info I provided them with. My bank cannot even attempt to search for this payment without any info identifying the sender. IT ALREADY KNOWS MY INFO.its my bank. Still no payment received and no help from support no email replies nothin and won’t give me anyting to verify or identify the transfer they claim was completed. $301 and still have not gotten it..plz help me get the money owed to me and explain why my issue is being completely ignored
