I really liked Ducky Luck to begin with but it seems like they push away loyal customers. I won big there a few times but then they told me I no longer would receive any bonuses or loyalty offers due to my player status.

The experience I had dealing with this casino is just too extensive and negative to write. One of the rules is the fact that they have a classification for certain customers that is totally WRONG. This classification is when the casino decides you are a SKILLED Player and are no longer eligible to claim any bonuses. A customer is classified as a Skilled Player when someone in the payment Departments decides that they only way you were able to win twice in a couple of weeks is because you must be a SKILLED SLOT PLAYER!!! The fact that the only reason you were able to win twice in two weeks is because you did claim one of the bonuses. And the fact that you had a run of really good luck. There is absolutely ZERO skill involved in playing and winning on a Slot Machine. A monkey could win big on a slot game. It’s all based on RANDOM LUCK!!!! Update, with Sydney’s help my withdrawal was processed. I sincerely appreciate the help.

in regards to game selection and game play I liked the casino a lot. I sued the LCB bonus and met the playthrough. Even though I choose bitcoin as a withdrawal method it took almost two weeks to process the withdrawal. Customer support was no help and I was given different(incorrect) info on almost every chat session. would not recommend, unless you do not mind waiting weeks for your withdrawal.

This casino was actually really nice, I enjoyed the alyout and the bonus got me off to a good start. Granted it didint go past that and was not enough to meet requirments to withdraw but all the better this one!

I’d not recommend this site. They give out nice bonus to start. But then when it comes to cashing out. It’s almost impossible to make it through the playthrough and have anything left over. I find the customer support to be sort of Rude and not very helpful. The games are alright. My warning is if you want to play here, don’t use the bonuses. I learned my lesson on that.
