Once again I am having issues withdrawing. The cashier will not load the withdraw screen. It has been two weeks and Support has not responded in five days. This is not an issue on my end. It is happened before and it was an issue on their end. Very frustrating.

When this first casino came out, I took the free bonus and played. I made wagering requirements. I made the minimum deposit to be able to withdraw. My withdraw was processed quite fast after I sent in my verification documents. I made one more deposit and took a bonus with it. A few days later I went to play again. I went to the bonus page and I didn’t have any bonuses available. I also found a message that said, Since I am such an experienced player, I will not have any bonuses available. Excuse me, what?! That makes absolutely no sense. After that I have not played there and I do not plan to again either.

I’ve enjoyed playing here but now that I won, cannot cash out. The withdrawal section of the cashier won’t load. Everything else loads fine. I have tried every browser on my phone and laptop. Support keeps telling me to update my phone, computer, and browsers. I don’t think this is an issue on my end. Other casinos with the same software load the withdrawal area just fine.
