I received a no deposit bonus in my email inbox for the duckyluck casino and when I went to redeem the code In the live chat the operator told me that I needed to make a deposit in order to redeem the bonus. when I made a deposit I was not granted my bonus and instead recieved 10 free spins on Caesar’s it was below average in my opinion.

This casino is not too shabby. They’ve got a variety of games, bonus options and decent kick backs but could be better. I’ve made a few deposits just to try my luck (in which I had none) and had no problems. Never won enough to attempt a withdrawal so I can’t speak on that subject. The layout is alright but nothing to get excited about. Overall it’s worth making a small deposit and trying your luck in my opinion

You can deposit with Visa or MasterCard but can’t withdraw to them , these are my main methods of withdrawal so not ideal for me

I enjoyed playing at this casino until I requested $350 withdrawal over 2weeks ago , finally says completed and I never received my deposit, spoke to my bank and the casino. No one can help me. But they all see my withdrawal. Just missing money no one can trace … and now they took my promotions from me said I was a skilled player. No idea how. I only played a few times. And lost more than gained. It’s all a load of ball

The big problem 4 me is the deposit and withdraw methods the casino authorized. Not only few but none of the 1s i use 2!

I really wanted 2 give this site 5 stars but OMG this has been hell trying to recieve my withdraw. I’m verified.. So I’m only waiting 4 them to send it to my bitcoin wallet.  I requested it last week on Wednesday, was told I could get it in hours. Then 24 hours later I contacted again, I was then told I’d receive it by August 21st,2022, wait what 5 days . Their own website guarantees 48hrs. WELL THATS A TOTAL LIE.The agent told me “NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE ON THE 21ST ILL HAVE IT IN MY BITCOIN WALLET”! I saved all screen shots to show proof. I still felt concerned so the next day I again contacted them via live chat and again I was told id get it Sunday the 21st. I questioned how this could be if their financial dept isn’t even open on weekends and I was told that no new withdraws would be processed but mine wasn’t new it was requested during the week so not to worry my withdraw would still come in on the 21st .. well u guessed it .. Today’s the 21st.. NOTHING!!!! Still nothing!! No payment as promised!!! Now customers service has told me “no it wont be today but tomorrow due to them not working today.” I specifically asked this question to the 2 other agents due 2 them not working today and they both specifically stated that “new” withdraws would not be processed on the weekends but withdraws requested during the week would in fact be paid on the weekends. Why the lies? I have all screen shots of 3 other agents via live chat telling me its guaranteed to come today August 21st,2022, It states that in my account as per all agents ive spoke to..I guess thats another lie. My impression of customer service has now utterly declined. My utter disdain for purposeful deception is beyond description. Customer service, purposely in my opinion, lied to me not once not twice not 3 times but in total 4 different times, maybe 5 with this last agent now saying tomorrow will be the day I receive my withdraw in bitcoin. Bitcoin is the only withdraw method by the way currently they will not send withdraws in any other form.  So if your like myself, a total stranger to crypto currency,  well if u want any winnings u better get some bitcoin or ull not receive anyting. That’s unacceptable  as well as waiting 6 days 4 a withdraw using crypto I am ALREADY verified. I requested it on a wednesday promised it originally in a few hours then it turned into Aug.21st, no question they told me, even though they don’t work on weekends, they said that my withdraw would still be added,  then newest excuse is no they don’t work on weekends you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS IF THEY DO THIS 2  SOMEONE WITH A SMALL WITHDRAW, UNDER A $1,000 MAN ID HATE 2 SEE IF YOU WON ANY SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT. WOW. It seems they cant payout smaller amounts i cant 4see them ever being able to payout bigger wins. I was willing to go to their site and use it again even though i wasn’t getting paid until today, but now that hasn’t happened I’m concerned about ever even using them again. Frankly this site is better then all other in the form of their game offers.. But if this is the experience each time I may ever win and request a withdraw, will the stress doesn’t seem to warrant my use of their site. But I’m optimistic let’s just wait and see what they have to say and my withdraw without a doubt has no excuse not to be in my wallet tomorrow. Period.
