So I’m still waiting on a withdrawal from April 9th. I was told last week it was processing. I was told two days ago it would be processed that day or yesterday. I was told today they are experiencing issues and they HOPE to do payouts next week. This is extremely frustrating. Against the odds, I came out well ahead of their menacing 40x playthrough and requested a withdrtawal. I already had a feeling that they were gonna crawfish and not pay out. But I saw a promo for a referral bonus and sent it to my wife. Keep in mind, Ive already submitted all the docs for verification, BEFORE she made a login. I looked into the terms of the pending referral bonus and noticed that it says one account per household. I thought the right way to combat this dumb rule was to go onto chat and explain. Again, she has submitted or verified nothing at this point other than her phone number. The wonderful support-witch replies with ‘only one account per household’ and my wife is the primary which makes me second…. Before I could even finish reading the sentence, I was booted and account locked. Cheap, shyster, rotten group of ***! All because I had a pending withdrawal.
