Yet another RTG wish these would slow down and stop popping up like jack rabbits and the no deposit bonuses just get worse as they go yet again lower than required deposit pretty much meaning the time you will play here is always going to equal them winning over you, pass..
While I have had a very good winning experience at El Royale, the account validation process has been very, very long and painful. I could not begin to explain all the back and forth, but I will just say that they told me up to 3 business days to validate my documents and it has been over a week and I have been asked to resubmit the same information multiple times. After 3 days I went on chat and they told me 24 more hours. Then the next day after no response I asked chat again and they said “24 MORE hours”. Also, Their chat support has made me wait up to 30 minutes in between responses. This frequently means the chat times out and then I have to start all over with a new agent. And when I finally do get a response, they can’t help at all because they “can’t contact the billing department from their end”. The other trouble is that when I replied to the email I sent with my documents, asking for an update, I’m told it “reset the process and knocked me back to last in the queue and started the processing time all over again”. The reason I replied was because the chat support told me to send them and email asking for an update. Well that screwed me. Anyway I talked to a manager on chat who seemed very helpful and understanding and said he was escalating my issue but that no one would respond until Monday. This morning (Saturday), I got a response from the validation team – I thought…”Ureka! This painful process is finished”….but NO. They asked me for my bitcoin wallet over email – and I had already sent them that email!! This is the second or third time they asked me for the same information. They must be keeping track of this on post it notes and not have any actual system to show what’s already been done…..I am very empathetic because I actually run a support team for a software company myself. But what makes a good support person is that they have great response time and recognize when someone is trying to give their business money. They do anything they can to help or at least they manage expectations and follow through on what they say they’ll do. Here’s the kicker – I’ve spent THOUSANDS with them so far. And they’re not at all concerned about losing my business. If someone would just take the reigns and finish the process to validate my account so I know it’s secure, I would fe comfortable spending more money. But it’s like they don’t even like money ?! I just wish they could help me and continue to get my business.
The bonuses are very limited at times and they don’t do much in the way of no deposit bonus chips, also when I got a big win $1500 on bonus spins it then became a $34000 playthrough! It’s very average but it’s only new so hopefully it gets better soon
I had no luck here, but very friendly customer services and and they offer multiple bonuses.
Nothing special but not a bad casino. I’ve never won playing here so I don’t spend money here anymore.

Just your average RTG slots casino. I used the ND bonus and had fun playing the first game GemTopia or some such name! LMAO It played really well I won enough to go on and play a few other favorite RTG slots. That is all I can really say about this casino. I didn’t make a deposit and didn’t win enough to claim with the usual high wager requirements placed on the FS bonuses.

Okay I cashed out yesterday on a deposit bonus and the bonus amount was automatically taken out of my withdrawal. I don’t remember this being the case before. I think this may be a new Policy and players should be aware
