How would you rate El Royale Casino ?

I have played at a lot of online casinos in the last 20 years. El royale is definitely one of the best. i was skeptical at first but i did receive my first cashout and have another one pending. it only took 4 days for my first payout. The staff is super helpful and they are pretty generous with the free chips when you call in. Very Happy so far!!

I deposited $100.00 (not counting the $9:00+ in transfer fees) using two different debit/credit cards. That same evening I sent my first e-mail containing my personal, banking and credit card information on the validation form that El Royale Casino (ERC) provides. I played their Craps table game, and since that evening to this present, 04/18/2020, day, have maintained the same winning account balance of $301.00. Having been told that it takes two day to validate the credit cards and banking information, I called in on 04/03/2020, to question why my ERC account had not been approved for payouts. I was told, that despite my validation forms having the relevant information (username, etc.) I used an e-mail count to send the documents that wasn’t associated with my ERC account, and that I needed to re-send the documents using the e-mail account I used when opening my ERC account. I re-sent the documents on 04/03/2020 using the required account. My ERC account still having not been authorized to receive payouts, I called in on 04/06/2020 to inquire about why I could receive payouts. I was told that I included a different e-mail address on/in the completed forms that wasn’t the address connected to my account and, that I need to re-submit additional (colored) copies of one of my cards and, the SWIFT/BIC codes. I re-did all of the validation forms, and included the e-mail address used to open my account and, informed ERC that, the attached colored copies of the card in question, were true an accurate copies of the card — which they had no problem accepting my deposit from. I further reminded them, the validation form require the SWIFT/BIC codes only “IF AVAILABLE”. That is, as distinguished from not being able to proceed if certain fields weren’t filled-in, one is able to complete the validation forms without filling-in the field request a SWIFT/BIC codes. I stated in that e-mail and all the ones to follow, that I don’t have any SWIFT/BIC codes for the bank accounts provided. I called back in on 04/11/2020 and was again told I could not speak with anyone in the Bill Department (where the decision to verify documents and clear accounts for payouts, is made) but that I needed to re-submit my documents and include a copy of the back and front of the same card, and provide the SWIFT/BIC codes for the bank account. Once again, I re-submitted the validation forms and information, using freshly completed documents, with freshly taken “colored” copies of the card in question. I further explained that the attached copies were, again, true an accurate copies of the back and front of the card and, that I do not have any SWIFT/BIC codes — which the validation forms request, IF AVAILABLE. On 4/13/2020 I received an chain-reply e-mail from ERC (which had all of my prior e-mails attached thereto, except my e-mail of 04/11/2020) requesting the exact same information/documents described above. I replied and asked ERC to disregard my request to add the two bank accounts and card in question, and just use the approved card for deposits and payouts. It should be noted that additional calls had been made throughout this period, however, no manager within the call center was ever available to assist me. A promised call-back from a manager was never received. And, depending on which representative I happened to reach, the Billing Department could or could not be reached to discuss the matter. The one consistent,n I was never abloe to speak with anyone in billing or had authority to do anything. If anyone read this has any advice about how I might be able to get this matter resolved, short of allowing ERC to just steal, con me out of my money, your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I was excited to try this on-line casino. The games looked fun and graphics nice. I love slots! BUT…I played on $7,000USD in 2 days and walked away with nothing. Wins are very few and far between. You win less than you put in once you do finally hit. I will not return.
