The site actually does a lot of things very well, and I was happy to see that the casino repeatedly spelled out max bets on bonus terms. This site is a joke. I have been trying to get the payout for my winnings for over a month. They gave me the runaround about validation forms and the process and then FINALLY processed my winnings only to issue 1/4 of my requested payout. Customer service on the phone is useless, they tell you to email. Email takes days to respond and then days to process your request and then days more to action it. Save yourself the trouble and play elsewhere.

I do not like the platform or the issues with bonuses for non depositing player. I think all players should be reconized and gave free bonuses. I set up account a long time ago. Will not be going back. 

This RTG is classy to the point of snobby. They have no free bonuses available at all and just don’t have the pull that other RTGS have.
