Ithink the sign up free 50 spins is fair and average. As for the max withdraw of $30. is unfair and pretty low. I find it hard signing up with casino sites that offer low payouts. Its like its not even worth signing up for. I gave it this rating of fairness simply because of that reason. Well after 4/5 days they contact me and tell me that they cancelled my payout because I could only win 25$x30 so my 1800 instantly went down to 749$, then they submitted a bitcoin payout for 300$ and put 449 back into my account. On the 9th day after I submitted my 1800$ payout, I received 292$ in bitcoin and I am still waiting to hear about the 449 I submitted to be paid out. Personally I would steer clear of this casino as they use stall tactics and purposely hide things from you about bonus terms.
