Didnt get my Bonus, i guess i have already got the Casino Bonus, When, i Sign up a fews Months ago, I would Deposit there

Initially I registered an account here because of an awesome incentive sign up bonus, (which was over a year ago). I have since made several deposits with this establishment over the last 12 months. I usually get to play awhile on a minimal deposit because they always have some sort of promo to boost your bankroll (lol). Last month I tried to make a small withdrawal just to see if they were a legitimate casino. After three weeks of trying to get paid, I said forget it and burned it all back. Mind you the requested withdrawal amount was only $200! Warning … I would not play here because it’s not worth the headache!

I enjoy playing at El Royale Casino. It did take a while to get the verification approved but after that I received my winnings within 2 days after they approved my withdrawal request. I don’t think that’s too bad compared to some of the casinos I’ve read about. Customer service is always good and I have always had personal hosts email me with bonuses added to my account when I have earned them. I have cashed out 3 times with very good winnings. I want to make sure that El Royale gets credit for what they do. I’ve never had to wait more than a day for an email response and they never have tried to avoid me. Thanks LCB

I only played once at this casino after I registered, it was with a no deposit bonus. won nothing but I spent a good time trying several slots. seems a good casino to me. I hope to make my first deposit soon.

Made a first time deposit of $100 here play was fair .. I did win a few times I just don’t cash out unless I win a $1000 or more, I have a serious gambling issue.My problem with EL royale casino is deposit issue out of the 5 casinos I’ve deposited into El Royal was the only casino that charged me $14.83 so my charge on card was $114.83 all the other casinos didn’t charge one extra penny. I called bank and they said it wasn’t them that charged me so when I contacted El Royale about it they didn’t remove the 14.83 she just said here’s a 40 free chip which was nice but now I don’t want to deposit there anymore because I don’t want to get charged extra money. So that’s my review but all and all I like casino about the same as others just need to fix deposit issue. Thanks
