Just your average RTG slots casino. I used the ND bonus and had fun playing the first game GemTopia or some such name! LMAO It played really well I won enough to go on and play a few other favorite RTG slots. That is all I can really say about this casino. I didn’t make a deposit and didn’t win enough to claim with the usual high wager requirements placed on the FS bonuses.

I’ve been playing at this casino for a while now & suddenly, right after the New Year, the bitcoin deposit option is no longer available for me. The Withdrawal option is, but I can no longer deposit via bitcoin here. The only deposit options available to me now are credit card, live chat or deposit by phone. I’ve contacted support & they say they are updating their crypto deposits or something like that. I’ve pointed out that my friend still has bitcoin deposit available to him & then they told me that their updates to the crypto deposits are not for every account. Lol, whatever!!! Idk what exactly is going on here, but there’s no way in h*!! that I would use my credit card with them now, for sure! It’s just too suspicious that they block every deposit option except credit cards. Does anyone else have this issue with El Royale or Las Atlantis or any of the other Red Dog sister sites? Or has anyone ever heard of such nonsense as that they’re updating their crypto deposit option & they’re only updating

Hi Daniel, unfortunately I’m having even more difficulty. I submitted my next payout request 3 days ago for bitcoin, and I have yet to hear back. I contacted support and now they are saying it takes up to 5 business days for an approval and another 3 business to process a bitcoin withdrawal. It’s already frustrating that they make you take small payouts, one at a time and wait so long in between. Also, I was told it’s up to 3 business days for approval and now it’s 5? I’m exhausted.

pretty garbage, minimum withdrawal is 100 and takes forever, support is worthless and their president sent threatening emails when I told them I was going to dispute the charge because they were’t sending me my money, never again
