I have played here quite a bite in past 2 months. They have some very good deposit-bonuses with free spins added x’s 3 or 4 with no added play thru! – I had the same problem getting my account verified to a couple months ago with the Bitcoin address having to be reverified again. I have had several bitcoin cashouts with one over $1000,00. But now it seams I’m not weclome at their casino. They have removed all deposit bonus options from my account! Just like some of the other RTG’s when they say no more deposit bonuses I do not play there any longer unless they offer cashback on straight deposits. So I no longer play here or their sister casino Slots Empire who removed my deposit options a couple months ago!

Very shady tactics when going through the withdrawal process. I am facing these issues now with the back and forth emails of the verification forms either not done correctly (supposedly) or them not receiving them. It’s very frustrating when you’ve had to jump through hoops when you know they’ve received the required documents but they want t continue to waste time hoping you’ll play out the money you want to withdraw. I’ve been trying to withdraw over $2000 and has been almost a month.

El royale is very similar to other RTG casinos with long verification times. It is also disappointing that crypto withdrawals also tend to take a day or two which seems to be a delaying tactic for players to play back any pending withdrawal. All documents have been sent and waiting to be verified now which seems to be quite a long process. Decent game variety and simple site navigation with some good promotions on offer. Would have been great if KYC and withdrawals were processed quicker though.

Thanks Daniel. I received a message this morning that it is now complete and I was able to request a payout. It is unfortunate that the payouts have a limit per transaction but also take 3 days for bitcoin? I have never heard of a reputable casino taking 3 days to process a bitcoin payout, while deposits are instant. My hope is that because I have already experienced so much trouble and it took 9 days to validate my information, that they will consider expediting my payout. Mainly I want to verify that it’s all legit before I return to spending money. Like I said, I’ve been happy with the winnings, but not happy with the support and would like some trust rebuilt. So the games are good as RTG always are, the bonuses are very particular and there’s heaps so everyone should find a bonus that suits, the playthrough amounts are sometimes ridiculous tho, for a $50 deposit I got 70 free spins and won 1900 on the spins, my playthrough was over 30 grand so it was kind of a waste, also the live chat is awful, sometimes a 10 min wait and not even a second response after asking for your accounts username, could be a good site but definitely needs work

The guy complaing below about them asking whether the bitcoin wallet is static isn’t wrong. It honestly felt like an insult to my competence at best and a stalling tactic at worst. They need to fix that because it’s really just a slap in the face. When you send them your bitcoin wallet in an email they reply 3 days later demanding you fill out a form with your btc address on it, print it sign it, send it in, wait 3 more days for them to verify that document only to receive an email asking you if the address is static, now you wait another 3 days for them to confirm that. Then once you can finally withdraw that also takes another 3 days. All in all it took me 12 days to get my 150USD. It seems they’ve designed there system to put you through the wringer intentionally. It’s certainly not required for them to do so, and if the reason isn’t malicious than their incompetence is a security risk to your personal information..

Like any other RTG OCasino, the seriousness is questionable, but there are split opinions or always the same evaluation user opinions (of the positive levels) in my opinion, however, not exactly the most trustworthy OCasinos, I have had enough personal experience in this regard, so I can say this can definitely give a real rating. There are games as with all usual RTG’s providers.
