Fast withdraws are a great reason why I joined. And its true! I deposit multiple times per week, sometimes even per day and I get the same thing about high bonus ratio. The issue is that I get different stories from different people. I was under the impression I was part of the loyalty scheme, and one person told me I was. Then another said I wasn’t. So many mixed messages. squad@guts.com never gets back to me the same days, its three or four days before getting a response. I spend a lot of money at the casino and I feel treated poorly. Their live chat doesn’t even answer me anymore. I guess I asked too many questions. Also the bonuses add too the bonus ration without accounting for the play through/wagering amounts which are as high as 35X, So unfair!!!

3 years ago, I would give guts 5 , cash outs are quick, u can request it on chat, lots of provider for Canada, no wagering on spins, complements players, complete casino, with sports, live casino, and poker, now . I only give it 4.2 because less providers, cashout is now 1-5hrs, cashout now requires to go from where you deposited, (paysafe-ecopayz=no) before (any method-ecopayz or your preferred method=yes) , gets a lot of lag or drops nowadays. Guts is a very good casino. It has a good reputation all around internet, they have many many different slots. They pay relatively fast and i never heard any stories involving Guts and attempts to not pay customers or any scary stories i heard about other casinos.
