I posted the other day on ignition and I was working through the wok one bonus my cousin referred me last week .the first day I Notice the slots weren’t paying right they use the same exact slots as bovada and i was playing cyber punk  and I could that something was off the slots weren’t paying right they use the same exact slots as bovada and  There was no way that I was getting paid $.20 on things that would normally pay 3 to 4 dollar. i reached out they said  they would review it,The representative let me know that I was right in the slots were paying slightly incorrectly as he stated and let me know what the result That they were going to have a specialized team review it he had never seen anything like this before nothing like this has ever happened I was given a $10 bonus with a 60 times roll over for compensation. It’s funny after that all of a sudden the slots seem to be paying normally and after a couple days of playing I won $1400.I was absolutely flabbergasted I could not believe it I’ve never won money like that before on any gambling site I’ve only used bovada in the past slots.lv. too So I contacted customer service a few times and could not get a representative after 40 minutes on hold for two days it would say no representatives available.Foolishly of me over that to I continue to play and drop the balance down to $950 dollars.I finally got a hold of a representative named Duvann last night .He assisted me in the withdrawal process with bitcoin and was very very helpful he said I was eligible to withdraw and everything would be great.I withdrew $900 left 50 in the account to play with.I wake up this morning and my account is disabled I reached out to customer service they told me they could not find an account in my name after proving through screenshots of the last nights conversation which I luckily saved they were then mysteriously able to find my account They then asked me seven verifying questions like the last game you played what was the amount you spent things you could only see if you were logged in which I wasn’t because the account was locked.Luckilu  for me I had everything screenshot it so I was able to verify all of the questions they then told me that well yes you have not violated any of the terms of service or policies but they are just looking into the account and will have an answer emailed  to you with the result .with no expectation or how long or reason why ? What answer am I looking for why is my account locked if I haven’t done anything wrong why is my account disabled why could you not find my account . something very fishy is going on here and I have a feeling that this is just gonna be their way to scam me out of $900 .I have no idea what to do .They have no gaming license so essentially there’s no complaint I can file and it took me two days just to get a representative on the phone the original representative Duvann was very helpful assisting me with my withdrawal which I find strange that he would help me with that but they’re not gonna honor it. today the representative who cannot find my account was named Andrea and the supervisor was named Sergio Who asked me all kinds of questions verify my identity which in reality I feel like they ask these questions because they assume the average person’s not gonna remember things they cannot access and will just tell you they cannot help you .He even asked me what my address on file was and I showed him a screenshot of the sign-up process with my information they never ask you your address and I said so do you need my address? And his answer kept saying what is the address you put on file and I said Sergio there is no address on file because you never ask that in the sign-up process so how can you verify something that you don’t have the answer to? He immediately changed his question to a different question…. so bizarre and  frankly unsettling. Does  any one have information, there a way I can attach pictures because I luckily intelligent enough screens shot everything these casinos say because of the horror stories i have seen . I read such good reviews about this casino here, that i thought maybe I might’ve found someone honest ….apparently not it seems I might have found that most dishonest one. I have never won anything more than a couple hundred dollars in my life .when I went with a withdrawl of almost $1000 I said oh my God I can get my brakes fixed in my car and get a new front tire and here I am out of my deposit as well . Then today while researching I found so many reviews of people that has the same thing happened to them from ignition ,literally posts at least 20 of them from this week alone of the same thing , litteraly the same thing so when I asked the representative why I’m seeing such poor similar reviews of that happening to other people with no recourse or resolve? his response was don’t worry you haven’t violated any terms of service don’t pay attention to anything you read about us ….I swear on my life he said that.Does anybody have any advice if anybody wants screenshot so I can verify the accuracy and honestly 100% I would love to do that there’s no way to attach a screenshot to this post

Ignition is my favorite casino I actually won a jackpot there last year for 5K. I love playing poker at ignition because the tournament structure and n gameplay is perfect for me (no drawn-out 5-hour late registrations, anonymous tables, etc.) On ignition daily they have a tournament called The Hundredaire were instead of the normal pay structure the top six people all make a hundred, pretty cool right?Well I played and shipped the hundedaire on my first try.This is also before I hit the 5k jackpot now,for top chef players they offer the thousandaire top five I’ll make a 1K awesome so the buyin is pretty steep at $82 but I had the money now thanks toCleopatra so I played. It was a grind,at the bubble we played 6 handed for an hour and 15 minutes until finally someone couldn’t keep up and they made that fatal error ,and so concluding on my first try I shipped the hundredaire and the thousandaire!
