Let me start by saying I have achieved the Diamond Level VIP. I dumped a lot of money to get there, but I won pretty large. Hit 2 huge jackpots in a week time, found out the withdraw process was going to take a few months (they have since changed the amounts). I went full degen for a bit and took out a chunk of winnings. Had a lot of issues on live dealer, poker and on different games. Some got resolved, some did not. The VIP program is pitiful, no perks, no deals, no kickbacks except tickets to a poker game.
