What I didn’t like: Scam site. I put 2000 into the Paradise Prize event from the 29th to the 31st. I placed 31st. I would have been 30th but coincidentally an account that was over 500 points behind me gained 2000 points and bumped me out of the top 30. So my winnings were only 75. I could t get 2000 points gained with 700$ so it seems legit right? Not. Whatever. I’d have been happy enough with the 75 they promised me. On an official pop up from the website it confirmed I’d finished 31st and that I would get the 75.00 within 3 days. 3 days have passed so I contacted Irene by live chat and she asks if I have any “screenshots “ of this event. She’s acting like it’s made up. Like she has no idea that izzi casino even holds events. I give her screenshots of the event listing. I tell her that it confirmed twice that I was a winner and that it was supposed to have paid me by now. Then she asks if I got an email notifying me of winning. No. The only emails I’ve ever gotten from izzi casino are the “you completed a transaction.” She says “To have actually placed and won you would have gotten an email.” And the pop ups are “only demonstrative.” He site is a scam. A scam run by some people who are supposedly in construction. Thieves. Scammers. Don’t waste your money here.
Very bad casino, sometimes one of the worst I’ve ever played in. The RTP is way below average, no fun here and the casino doesn’t offer entertainment as it is extremely greedy. I have asked several times in live chat to close my account but to no avail.
