This was my first casino online I’ve ever played. I had quite a few big wins and had no problems with cashing out. I still go back now and then to see if I can make a good win. I do recommend the Monopoly live game it new and fun. The bonuses are quite small compare to other casinos out there and their loyalty programs are not easy to build up. You have to keep money in the account really to keep your loyalty points up. And I haven’t had any bigger winnings than I first had. I was given advice to bet low on hot games then told by another agent to try the opposite. That’s just the meaning of gambling.

First of all, if you do the mistake of taking their bonus offer of doubling what you pay, you will be stuck in a impossible way to get that bonus cashable.Ive put 50 that would bring me to 100 with the bonus offer. For me, to even think of withdrawing anything, I had to first reach the 2500$ game play AND then have a minimum of 50$ in my sold. I dont have to tell you its basically impossible.But if that wasnt enough, I realized they charged me 64.90$ for a 50$. I contacted them complaining about it and they told me they just charged me 50$ and the rest most have come from my bank. I reached my bank (That I have for the past 25 years and that I trust) and they confirmed me THEY charged me that amount and there was no fees on their end. I contact them again telling them so and never heard back from them. Personally, dont even bother with this c***. Really bad experience and I closed my account the second I realized how it was bs.

If you’re from Canada and have cable tv you’re aware of this casino, they advertise non-stop. So in June of 2019 I deposited $50 and lost it pretty quick. A few days later I went back and deposited $10, took the bonus they offered, I’m guessing it was 75%? Anyway I went to the never played by me Playboy game with the bonus wheel and on a .50 cent bet got the bonus wheel right away, it landed on something and gave me $50! Sweet! I upped my bet to $1 and got that wheel again! It landed on free spins which paid just over $100. I upped my bet slightly to $1.25 and Boom! The wheel dropped again..this time it landed on the Gold bunny and paid me $1000! It was the first time I’d hit 1K on one spin online and I’ll never forget it. Well I spent the next 3 days making big bets and small bets and ended up withdrawing $1800, which was etransfered to me in 3 days without my being verified! So I kept $100 in there and ran it up to $600, withdrawing $500 which was again given to me without being verified! I get chills recalling this experience, my Second best run at a casino ever. So back to the $100 I kept, I went nuts, hopped up and making mostly max bets, I could not lose, I still have screen caps of wins on Break the Bank etc, I got up over $6000 and how many days later? Who knows, withdrew $3500, leaving nothing in my account to play more, But this time I got the notice I’d have to be verified and they were really sticky, I sent in my bank statement but it got rejected and finally a few days later they got back to me informing me they wanted 3 months of my statements. Got that but again rejected, wanted it in PDF, omg I remember thinking this is not going to work out but eventually everything was accepted and they paid me out. So on a $60 deposit they paid me in total $5800–I couldn’t wait to deposit another $50 the late night my $3500 came in so I did and right away noticed they weren’t offering me any sort of match bonus-odd but whatever-so I hit the Wolfs Howl game and noticed my max bet is now $1 when before it was $10. Wth?! I quickly texted my friend Shannon who on my advice had joined up and had no luck, to log in and see what her max bet on that game was and sure enough hers was $10- dodgy! So I can’t say for sure but I know something dubious was going on. I left wondering why they had done what I’d thought they had done, wouldn’t they want me to keep playing there so they could recoup some of their money? Besides the $130 I’d put back in. And I’d checked the old reliables and the max bet was now back to the $10+… but I could not hit anything again. Done in ten minutes. But I can’t say dont play here, I had the most fun! and up to that point, my biggest withdrawals.. just watch your back and know when to leave I guess.

I really trust spending my money at this casino that if I have a win i will actually get it! I am really annoyed that they have decided to change their bonus system and now have a winning wheel that very rarely wins and even if it does for the 700*1000 you may have spent you could win 1 sometimes 2 dollars. what a joke. Now they have also informed me through email of their exciting new loyalty system and how I must keep an eye out for when it is up and running. Well sorry customers, if you thought that they appreciated your custom, obviously not!!Now instead of redeeming 200 points for $1, I have to accumulate 5000 points and then to really make your day they are only worth $8.. Upon asking how I should find this new system beneficial to me and why was the loyalty points worth so much less, apparently even though i deposit and play with NZ currency the loyalty points get converted to euros before being cashed back to me? I am sure you will all agree what awesome customer service this is when other casinos are almost paying us to play on their sites.So disappointing, I am currently looking for my new trustworthy casino and makes me feel like they appreciate my money.

I don’t like the way they hold the amount and come up with excuses. 48 hours hold and processing and if it’s weekend it will take almost a week. This is way to tease people to reverse the funds and lose it. I find it dishonest.

They don’t allow you to withdraw funds. This casino is scam! I’ve deposited over 10K dollars and when I tried to withdraw 5K dollars they first tried to delay it, asking for all kinds of documents that I had to pay my bank to provide. Then two weeks later they said that they couldn’t withdraw to my bank account or my mastercard, same as I used to deposit. Note that I’ve withdrawn using same methods in many other casinos.

An account was opened in my name, and my banking information, and a pile of money was deposited from my bank. Nothing sent to me to prove that I even wanted an account opened, the account not way I found out was by deposit emails in my trash.
After contacting them twice by chat telling them that my computer was hacked and my personal information was used to open the account, they still have not returned the money that was illegally taken from me through their gaming site.
Finding any and every site that has this casino on it for review and Giving them my story!! Shameful that this site doesn’t verify and ensure that the account being opened is really the person and that they allow thousands of dollars to be spent and never asking to verify who it is, and only when you are putting a complaint in and demanding results fast do they ask for any type of ID. stay far away from this casino!!!

I got up to a couple thousand really easily during my first full experience at this site with a $45 deposit. My neighbor saw that and she tried herself and won $1900. It took a while to see her funds but she did get paid. They have symbols that indicate if games are hot or cold which is more of a heads up than most casinos will give you. I did not sign up to be called for promos, but in case I did unintentionally- I asked for them to take me off the list when they were calling at random points of the day insisting I deposited for their match bonus. There was one representative that even had the nerve to say I won’t be sorry if I deposit my last 10$ in my pocket to play a specific game with a particular bid and that I’ll win big doing that.
