I thought it was easy to set up an account. Other than that, there is not much at all to like about this casino. It is very difficult to get paid out despite having long wait times for payouts and for the first time ever, not even receiving the entire amount I won. I’ve deposited on a separate account before closing it down as I was thousands down on the account and didn’t want to lose. I recently decided to play again so opened up an account, and ended up winning 1200 from a 100 dollar deposit. I received only 700 dollars and was told 500 was for previous returns. I’ve never owed them anything, my bank always had the funds and was immediately charged for my deposits. So half my winnings were taken and nothing was explained to me. Never had this happen on any casino, and their live support is doing nothing at all to help.

I’ve played this online casino site for many years, and was very happy with this site, paid out all the time. Unfortunately three weeks ago my opinion of this site drastically changed. After management requesting my verified ID (again), which I readily supplied, no one from this site is responding to my emails. I’ve tried their chat line however I’m constantly being told my documents are under review, (3weeks and still waiting). This site has my winnings and is not responding to my emails. Warning stay clear of this casino!!!

Jackpot City definitely does not deserve a place on the warning list here. I say this responsibly because I have been a member of this casino for more than 10 years. I’ve probably had over 50 withdrawals and never a single problem. I am really surprised that this casino is on the warning list

Zorro, don’t be so sure about this casino. In ten years, Jackpot City Casino has changed its soul. In 2018 it merged into a group with a bad reputation, which was already involved in unfair practices. I suggest you switch to a casino with good ratings and better reviews.
