After management requesting my verified ID (again), which I readily supplied, no one from this site is responding to my emails. I’ve tried their chat line however I’m constantly being told my documents are under review, (3weeks and still waiting). This site has my winnings and is not responding to my emails. Zorro, don’t be so sure about this casino. In ten years, Jackpot City Casino has changed its soul. In 2018 it merged into a group with a bad reputation, which was already involved in unfair practices. I suggest you switch to a casino with good ratings and better reviews.
