im shocked to here these bad reviews, but not surprised. this is the first online casino ive accually deposited in. the reason i picked this casino was i looked on the web for the best casino to play at in canada, Jackpot city seemed to stand above all the others. i deposited and played and of course lost, but i had no trouble with anything or anyone, still waiting to make a withdrawl. I dont see much in the way of bonuses at all accually ive seen only match bonuses. ive was awarded 20 free spins 3 times but that was only in the last week, i unlocked them during play, must be something to do with teir bonus. i rarely ever use match codes due to the fact its playback is 70% on bonus money, i had to ask live chat about how these playbacks work. the live chat told me this, your deposit lets say $10 with a 90% match bonus so you start with 10 of your money 9 of casino bonus money. 9 times 70 equals 630.00 playback before a withdrawl. i asked them well i have playback of 630.00 for the nine dollars the casino gave me. After i lost nine dollars i asked live chat again ok i lost the nine dollars never fulfilled the playback so we are all even on that bonus money. i never won i never completed playback and i owe nothing to the casino and i have no obligations over this bonus. they seemed to get annoyed at me but i wanted them to tell me more than once that im in good standings. i than asked how much playback do i have to do to take my original $10 out, they told me none i dont need any playback on my money since it was mine to begin with. i said cool cash me out they refused telling me i have to bet the original $10 at least once and thats only because of money laundering. i get it thats fair and its only the same amount i was prob gonna lose anyways. I than asked them where did my original $10 that i deposited go i was playing with my bonus money since thats what i needed to playback 70 times, and since i lost that i wanna now play with my own money but its not in my account where did it go. i confused them with that question they asked what do you mean where is it? i said yeah i was trying to fulfill my playback on bonus money and i lost now i wanna play my orginally $10. they told me the orginal 10 dollars has been spent allready i said how, lol now live chat is annoyed i can hear it in thier texts . i said to them y in hell would i give the casino money and use it to fulfill playback on bonus money, i believe that would be stupid. After awhile of back and forth i simply asked how and when did i spend the orginal ten. they explained it like this. you bet is $1 per spin the casino takes 50 cents from bonus money meaning the $9 they gave me. then they take 50 cents from my money the orginal $10. if you lose you lose that dollar if you win half of winnings go to bunus money and towards fulfillment of playback other half goes to my real money account. i asked them i thought there is no playback on my orginal 10 and they told me there isnt i than asked its in bold writing that the playback is 70% and thats only on bonus money. i asked them to do the math how can i win with my original 10 if your doing playback on it 35% on bonus 35% on owe money, they denied this action so i asked how can i win with my orginal 10 since before i get from under your playback rules ill have no money left in either account and playback not fulfilled. i asked and asked many questions over and over again and again till i myself would hang up or say something rude. live chat never did that but i knew wanted to. I hate these rules that are not clearly designed to be seen or read, but thats all casinos no just one. ive yet to have a withdrawl, but i will not be happy if i get a hassle because i never gave them hassle when i lost. i try to not take any bonus on my deposits because i believe that if you let them put conditions on your money those conditions are going to do everything to make it hard for you to win. i do this before any deposit i get live help to look up if there is anything with my account that needs to be dealt with before i deposit since im not happy with surprises when they text back that there is nothing pending no fulfillment to do i them screen shot there answer and have them do the deposit with me so it can never be said i clicked this or i clicked this. i hope these reviews are misunderstandings rather then the casino being unfair. never had trouble but like most they dont completely and easily make these rules clear to everyone.
