Awful place to lose all you money. Their “bonus” is a disgrace. You have to meet a play through amount before you can withdraw any money, and it keeps changing the more you deposit if you choose to do the match option. My required play through amount is currently sitting at $110,000 which I will never reach because I’m staying the hell away. Their customer support is also trash, just like the casino. I’ve sent multiple emails and got no response. I consider this casino to be the worst. Should be illegal to do what they do, constantly changing their terms and conditions. Disgusting place, don’t bother. If I could give it a negative score I would.

Jackpot City definitely does not deserve a place on the warning list here. I say this responsibly because I have been a member of this casino for more than 10 years. I’ve probably had over 50 withdrawals and never a single problem. I am really surprised that this casino is on the warning list

I thought I’d try this Casino out based on the user posts above. I made a meagre $20 deposit and had some fun on various games, leaving me just $10 overnight. This morning I got stung by BJ, and ended up with 0. I decided I’d see whether I could get a 10% cashback on my $2, hoping I could at least make it up to $10 again on BJ, so I petitioned a Live Chat CSR. I’ll give them a full 5 star rating. Great casino choice for low rollers like myself.

Not as advertised, I have deposited over 6900 dollars in the last year and have only successfully cashed out 600 and it took over a week to get it and for anyone who has a problem gambling, i would steer clear Ive only really had luck on one machine and now they have figured that one out and changed the odds on it cause one week i’m winning almost every spin and then i play it again a week or so later and nothing then i sign up at one of their partners spin casino and loose 900 in 2 days on that same game and oh ya i forgot every time i seem too win over 2000 i have issues cashing out because of bonus requirements and theirs is 70x and if you take a 100 % bonus and deposit 100 be ready too have to get too 7000 before you can cash out and in my experience that’s impossible and if you even get close they add these stupid 10 cent 20 spin bonus free spins and interrupt your game in the middle of winning and switch you too that game to spin 20 useless 10 cent spins that yeild around 1 dollar almost every time and some times you get zero and then your wager requirement to be able to withdraw is now higher because of a stupid useless unwanted bonus spins they keep poping up on your screen so fast while your playing the game your winning on that you accidentally press the accept button conveniently placed on top of your spin button and it’s messed up your hot streak your concentration and ya it happen to me when i was only 1200 away from cashing out 6200 and in half hour i was broke and i’m not sure why i couldn’t cash out every time i lost 1000 it kept saying i was 1200 away but never went down even after loosing spin after spin 5000 dollars i had just won so in my opinion they rig the machines and do very sneaky shit too make sure your set up for failure

I have only registered on this Microgaming casino in order to claim the free spins offer for creating an account. It seems like a decent casino but on the other hand I hate that they spam my email and call me on the phone although i have asked many times to unsubscribe me from their mailing list.Also I see this casino on the warning list so i do not hink i will be depositng here any time soon.

one the worst mg casinos ive played at, countless deposits and not a thing evertime its a money pit they spend all there money on tv commercials and forget to pay back the players once and a while

Personally this casino is definitely in my top 5 list. I have played here for years online, sometimes I don’t win anything and still enjoy it. Other times I have won semi big amounts (for me) withdrawal is always easy and fast and deposit is the same. The live chat support are always very helpful and fix any problems I have had. Verification was easy and simple no big list of things I needed to send in. Range of games and the look of the site is also very good. Oh and in regards to the hell I win many times in a row then have weeks of nothing but that’s just the life of playing at a casino

Don’t see what’s the problem with free bonus, and I really hate it when people don’t read all the rules. Jackpot City gives you 15 free spins (for new players only, of course), but there’s one list for countries not allowed to register, and another for countries not eligible for starting bonus. OK, that is a bit confusing, but it is not hidden info. Just to be sure, I got in touch with the support team (they are quite decent if you ask me) and made sure I am good for the bonus. A whole other story is the WR for the bonus, which us 50x, and that is high, so I didn’t had any high hopes (and was proven right). Although I did like to play without installing anything on my computer, I don’t thing I will be coming back since I have a policy to stay only if the starting bonuses pay off, and this one wasn’t even close.

This is interesting because when I search top online casinos the top hits I get on google are websites with really good reviews on Jackpot City Casino however I trust this community and the LCB reviews more. I guess I was foolish to sign up and make deposits at this casino but cut me some slack this was several years ago when I was a newbie at online gambling. I would just search top online casinos and then open the first website and take the #1 rated casino on it. Aside from all the bad reviews that I have recently read and it’s poor reputation I can say that I actually enjoyed my time playing here. Never made a cashout so t/c’s didn’t really matter however if the casino can’t be trusted then I will stay away from now on.
