I’m mightily impressed with Jackpot City. At first glance it appears to be a good, solid casino with plenty of variety in the games that they have in their library, then bit by bit, as you explore the site you see that there are all these little features that are essentially unnecessary (lots of casinos don’t do the same) but that really add to the user experience. I’ve mentioned these in the main part of the review, but include the My Favourites, the developer logo on game tiles and the ease in getting to customer support. It’s great to see some games that other casinos simply don’t have. It would be very easy to ignore games such as sic bo, but having that, as well as fan tan and back bo just shows a willingness to go that extra bit. It’s obvious that Jackpot City has been around for a while, because what they’ve launched in the UK is a fully fledged product with zero teething problems. There’s no app, but the mobile version works just as well as the desktop version. All in all, there’s plenty to like about Jackpot City Casino.
