The reason I haven’t played there is because I cannot deposit. so hoping that a rep from casino might see this and offer more methods. Paysafe would be a good start. I would love to play there, they have a great welcome bonus on offer and love the brand of games they have. Please put in some more deposit methods, Paysafe card and Use My funds or Citadel internet banking would be wonderful

It has minimal game selection compared to others. The site setup and format feels backwards and old fashioned to me.. This casino would probably be a last resort kinda thing for me.

This was my favorite casino until they decided scamming ppl is the way to go..the games are ok the bonuses are repetitive but they have em? Live chat. They like to change there mind to suit them lolI had been a member for yrs made a lot of deposits. Referred friends etc. So I refer one of my friends as I have done before and the bonus doesn’t work. Anyway, they say wait 24 hrs. I did. Then they say oh no 48 and it will be credited. 4 days later they send an email stating there was an error and we will be credited…. log in day 6 and they say nah its ur friends fault we aren’t crediting it???? I closed my acc and will never recommend another person only warn them!! Terrible customer service and loyalty.

Joefortune has had its ups and downs, recently I’ve been really happy with the customer service and have been receiving pretty good bonuses which is awesome. thank u joe

Joe fortune is a good site, different games to other sites so it’s good for a change. I have deposited with them. But do offer good bonuses. I recommend trying this casino.
