The identification process was straightforward and I have always received payouts on time without any hassles. Reasonable range of games. Customer support are very quick to respond to queries via email. With some of their promotions, you do not get what has been advertised. I only closed my account with this casino because they couldn’t get their act together with the promotions. You can wait for quite a while to communicate with a customer support person via online chat or telephone. Problems with their promotional emails makes me question their legitimacy – problems such as the email footer. The link to report abuse uses a non-existent email address. They have forgotten to add the links for Unsubscribing and to the Privacy Policy, even though the words are there. I have been trying to get myself removed from their email list, but even though they tell me I have been unsubscribed, they keep sending the emails to me. They have not been able to explain why this keeps happening.

Nothing, terrible casino, they call you “mate” to make you feel like they are aussie I have made lots of $$$$ into this casino and when I asked for a no deposit bonus they tell me I’m not eligible, customer service have no idea, it took me months to rectify a bitcoin problem which in the end was easily fixed but they just didn’t read my email properly, when I said I was going to shut my account down they didn’t even try to get me to stay, don’t go bear this casino
The games were ok. We are not left with many good casinos since the laws change in Australia. You pay by Visa card and can only with draw in ššŖšµš¤š°šŖšÆ unless itās over $1500 then itās money wire which you get charged for. Any time l’m going good the game cuts out l have to go back to lobby and go back to game and canāt win a thing.
Not a huge range of games but theyāre good ones none the less. Love the cash back feature but lacks any other player bonus with free spins etc

Anyone else had a problem with withdrawals? It states on there website 24-48 hours for withdrawals and Iām still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed 9 days later. I have spoken to customer service many of times and they tell me the same thing āwe are sorry this is just an estimationā 9 Days is a lot longer then 48 hours think they may need to re evaluate there time estimations
Joe Casino seem to me to be legit and have good wins. I tried heaps of main or honest supposed to be casinos, online and found most and all scammed, rigged, not get money, fair go casino no, house of jack no. Gaming software is good. They have some of the slots which I like playing n which some other casinos don’t have Eg: ThunderstruckII. Games look fair. I logged into my account that night to see that the funds were still there for me to reserve. Being a gambler I chose to play and lost it all. I have won about 3500 again and have decided not to play until I receive those funds. I had to disable my account temporarily in order not to play my winnings. It says 5-10 days for wire transfer. I don’t understand how a wire transfer would take 5 to 10 working days in 2017 while they claim they are specifically for Aussies. I have played in casinos based out of Europe and have received funds in my account in 1 working day always. Let’s see how long it would take before I receive it in my account. You can only withdraw once a month and minimum has to be more than 1500$. There s charge of 50$ processing fee for subsequent withdrawals. Well, looks like they want me to play forever and ever -Only if I had that much of patience and perseveranceš. I wish to get the money soon and put an end to this. I’m not a huge fan of this site. It’s fairly new and doesn’t offer a lot as far as games go. I also don’t like the setup or the way that their customer service treats you. There are many other options to go with so in my opinion I would avoid this casino for now until they gain a better reputation.
