Kaboo Casino Review

Have you heard of Kaboo Casino? We never heard of them before we sat down to review them, either. Then we found out they’re related to SuperLenny. We got excited. REALLY excited. SuperLenny.com has a top-notch casino and sportsbook. They have a positive reputation across the web. They’re also known for doing things a little different than your standard cookie-cutter casino. We were hoping that some of what makes Lenny unique rubbed off on Kaboo. We think it did. They’re doing a few things you don’t see other casinos do. Mostly in their games and promotions section. We’ll go into more detail when we get to that part of our review. We’re also going to show you some of the specific games you can play here. You’ll get to see firsthand how diverse and robust their casino is. There’re also a few things we really liked about their banking options. Now, we’re not trying to sound like an infomercial. Which is why we want to clarify that we didn’t like everything about Kaboo. There are a few things they can do better. Those are in the review, too. It’s important we point this out. That way, you can go into this review knowing that you’re only going to get honest and unbiased info from us. Our goal is to give you the information you need to decide whether Kaboo is the right casino for you. We think we did that. The only way to know for sure, though, is to read the review. It starts in the next section.

Kaboo Casino Basic Information

Like we said above, this review is going to cover the good AND the bad. Here’s something we think Kaboo should do ASAP. They don’t have an “about” page. This is bad because people want to know who they’re doing business with. They want to know who they’re sending their hard-earned money to. This is especially important online when you consider how lax the industry is, as a whole. There have been so many scams that players want (and deserve) to be reassured their money is safe. An “about” page is simple to add, too. There’s no reason not to have one. Anyway, we managed to find some information about them and their parent company. Their parent company is BetIt Operations Ltd. They’re registered in Malta and have been in business for 2-3 years now. Kaboo is licensed, too. They have a license through the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) and Malta Gambling Authority (MGA). BetIt Operations also owns other casinos you may be familiar with. For example, they own/operate SuperLenny, Thrills, and High Roller Casino. All 3 casinos come highly recommended by casino authorities and review sites across the web. So, yeah, it does suck that Kaboo doesn’t have an “about” page. But since the parent company has a good reputation, it’s not as bad as we first made it seem.

The Casino

We got to say, we’re impressed with Kaboo’s casino. What stuck out to us first is all the games they have. You’ll find more than 800 casino games here. It’s not all slots or blackjack games, either. They’ve managed to find a good balance in terms of game variety and variants. You’ll be able to find slots, blackjack, video poker, live dealer games, and more. There’s a little something for everyone here. There are a few neat features, too. For example, one feature we liked is the “reality check” option before you start playing. They give you 3 intervals to choose from – 15, 30, or 60 minutes – and once that time is up, they’ll ding you to give you a reality check. This is a gaming addiction/abuse feature that’s really simple to implement. It gives you a good excuse to pause your game, stand up, and walk around. They also have a previously played tab directly underneath the game you’re playing. If you feel like going back to a game you played before, click the icon and the game will load. There’s more, but you’ll have to read about it below. And with that said, let’s get into the review.

Table Games

Here are the games we found in Kaboo’s table game section:
  • Multi Hand Blackjack
  • Premier Roulette
  • Vegas Strip Blackjack
  • Spanish Blackjack
  • Multi Hand European BJ Gold Series
  • Premier Hi Lo Blackjack
  • Vegas Downtown Blackjack
  • Hi Lo 13 European Blackjack
  • Double Xposure Blackjack
  • Classic Blackjack
  • Odd One In
  • Six Shooter
  • Red Dog
  • European Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Poker Pursuit
  • 3 Wheel Roulette
  • Punto Banco
  • American Roulette
And more! We have mixed feelings about this selection. Here’s what we mean. If you stripped away their blackjack and roulette games, what would you have left? Not very much. About 5-7 casino games. Kaboo can do a better job here. The other thing we’re not fans of is how they simply dump all their seemingly related games into this section. We don’t think they need to be OCD and separate their card and table games. We DO think it’s a good idea to put their video poker games into their own category, though. It can create a lot of confusion when you deviate from the norm like this. It makes you wonder how many players search for a video poker tab, don’t see one, and then they leave. That’s the extent of our complaints, though. They’re pretty minor when you think about. Now let’s look at a few of the upsides. If you’re a blackjack or roulette fan, you’re going to love playing here. There are many variants you don’t see very often at other online casinos. For example, Vegas Downtown or Vegas Strip Blackjack. Or 3-Wheel Roulette. And while they only have a few other casino games, they cover the basics. You’ll find Red Dog, Casino Hold’em and Punto Banco. Any game you don’t find, there’s a chance you’ll find it in their live casino. We’ll cover that section later on. The bottom line – their table game section can use some improvements, but it’s above average. It just comes down to what you want to play.

Table Limits, Graphics, and Mobile Compatibility

We checked a few of their games. Here’s what we found out. Their table stakes will vary on the game and variant you choose to play. For example, their multi hand blackjack game lets you play for £1-£100. We found another variant that had an upper limit of £200. Overall, it looks like they offer modest table limits. Your mileage may vary, though. We think the graphics look good. It strikes a good balance between video game and realistic graphics. We have no complaints there. And once we got used to each game/software provider, we had no problems with the layouts or how each game operated. As for mobile users, there should be no problems here. We couldn’t check their games out firsthand on our phones (due to location restriction). But their mobile casino looked good. That counts for something, right?

Video Poker

Here are the video poker games we managed to dig up:
  • Deuces Wild
  • Aces & Eights Poker
  • Aces & Faces Poker
  • Bonus Poker Deluxe
  • Deuces Wild Poker
  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Double Double Bonus Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Five Play Draw Poker Multi Hand
  • Jacks or Better
  • Triple Play Draw Poker
  • Poker Pursuit
We say we managed to dig these up because Kaboo lumped these in with their table and card games. This makes it a little bit harder to find them. It’s a minor complaint, though. It’s a solid selection of video poker machines, though. What we like about it is that most of their machines are unique titles instead of just being a multi hand variant. As far as graphics go, it depends on the machine you play. We opened up a game of Jacks or Better from IGT. Well, IGT also supplies many of the video poker machines found in brick-and-mortar casinos. It was no surprise to see they looked identical. Just a blue screen, pay table, and cards. Very basic. We checked out a different Jacks or Better from NetEnt, and this had a more realistic look to it. You were playing on a machine in the middle of a casino. Use the full screen option and shut off your lights and you’d think you were really in the casino playing. Just goes to show how different two identical games from different software providers can be. The limits will vary, too. On one machine we found, you can bet anywhere from £0.10 to as much as £5 per hand. Then we checked out the Deuces Wild machine. We could bet anywhere from £0.25 to as much as £25 per hand. The bottom line – there’s a variety of games, graphics, and table limits to suit most people’s needs. The games are mobile responsive, too, so mobile users will be able to join in, no problem.

Slots

Let’s talk about Kaboo’s slot machines next. They offer all sorts of slots from the industry’s top software developers. For example, you can find/play slots from:
  • Quickspin
  • Yggdrasil
  • Red tiger
  • WMS
  • Pragmatic play
  • Big time gaming
  • Thunderkick
  • Elk
  • NYX
  • IGT
  • Microgaming
  • Play’n GO
  • NetEnt
Just Microgaming alone would net you hundreds of quality, entertaining games to choose from. But then you have games from 11 other developers, too. You’re going to feel a little spoiled here. Just how spoiled? Well, here are some of the slots that stood out to us when we reviewed Kaboo:
  • Starburst
  • Vikings of Wild
  • Immortal Romance
  • Red Riding Hood
  • White Rabbit
  • Action Bank
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Cyrus the Virus
  • Scruffy Duck
  • Beauty and the Beast
  • Jungle Books
  • Redroo
  • Mystery Reels
  • Vikings Go Verzerk
  • Three Musketeers
  • Super Heroes
  • Raging Rhino
  • Copy Cats
  • Winter Wonder
  • Flame Busters
  • The Phantom of the Opera
  • Wild Fight
  • Medusa
  • Golden Lotus
  • Dead or Alive
  • Genie Wild
  • Wild Toro
  • Lost Vegas
  • The Invisible Man
  • The Justice League
  • Zombies
  • Zoom
  • Five Star
  • Hugo
  • Bruce Lee
  • James Dean
  • Mega Moolah
  • Cats
  • Spinions Beach Party
And more! We’re barely scratching the surface here. When we reviewed them, they said they offered more than 720 different slot machines. There are all sorts of machines, themes, and features for you to choose from, too. We found slots revolving around cats, fairytales, comic books (Batman), music (KISS), food, and so much more. They also have progressive slots. Some of these progressives have 6-7-figure jackpots. Mega Moolah is arguably one of the most popular ones. They paid out €56 million in 2017. And a lucky person won the jackpot on January 14th, 2018. It was worth $3,688,553.26 (CA). We said it before, but we’ll say it again: there’s something for everyone here.

Slot Machine Graphics, Stakes, and Mobile Compatibility

We checked out a slot based on the TV show Family Guy. This machine was made by IGT. The graphics looked good, just like the TV show. And you could get the bonus round that lets you play something based on the TV show. For example:
  • The Drunken Clam
  • Chicken Fight!
  • Lois’ Hot Free Spins
We couldn’t find what stakes you could play, as we didn’t have any money in our account. But it looked like you could play for as little as £0.01. There were 50 lines, so £5/line would put you at £250. That’s something you could definitely expect for this and most machines here. Then we checked out the slot, Holmes and the Stolen Stones. That machine let us play with the wager option. That machine has 20 lines with a max coin value of £2/line or £40 per spin.  This one offered several jackpots, too, ranging in size from £151.30 to £15,265.61. The point – stakes will vary, but most players should be able to find something that suits their budget. Their games are mobile responsive, too. They use Flash, which means iOS, Android, and Window users should have no problems playing here.

Live Dealer Games

Kaboo Casino offers 50 live games from NetEnt and Evolution Gaming. These two companies create some of the highest-quality live dealer games in the industry. Some of the games you can choose from include:
  • Blackjack Paris
  • London Roulette
  • Kaboo Roulette
  • Immersive Roulette
  • Blackjack Diamond VIP
  • Blackjack Party
  • Auto Roulette
  • Common Draw Blackjack
  • Dream Catcher
  • Speed Roulette
  • Speed Baccarat
  • Rocket Roulette
And more! Stakes vary, of course. But you can play many of their games for as little as £1-£5. You might find some for less (roulette, usually), but it’s not common. On the high side, you can expect to find stakes as high as £5,000 for NetEnt table games and £75,000 for NetEnt roulette. Evolution’s stakes look smaller. We found tables as high as £4,000. But between the two software providers, you won’t have any problems finding a game that meets your budget. We also found several neat features on Evolution’s tables. For example, you can play up to 4  games simultaneously. You also have the option to view stats, set up autoplay, chat with others, and bet behind. These games are mobile responsive, too. However, it’s hard to say how good the games will look and function if you decide to multi-table a few simultaneously on a smaller screen.

Banking Options

You’ll find details for Kaboo’s banking options below. We cover what options you can use to fund your account and cash out your winnings. You’ll also see their limits and fees. Keep in mind that we reviewed them from the UK. The information listed below will pertain to UK-based players. If you’re playing from somewhere else, the options, limits, and fees may be different.

Deposits

You can use the following options to fund your account:
  • Visa – £10-£1,500
  • MasterCard – £10-£1,500
  • Maestro – £10-£1,500
  • Trustly – £10-£8,000
  • Skrill – £10-£4,000
  • Neteller – £10-£4,000
  • Paysafecard – £10-£200
There are no fees for any of these payment methods.

Withdrawals

When we checked them out, the only cash-out option given to us was a bank transfer. The limits were £20-£20,000. There were no fees, either. No fees on a bank wire (with a £20 minimum) is impressive. Sure, you may have to pay a fee on your end (£20-£50), but you’re still saving the £20-£75 that most casinos charge for these. Huge props to these guys. That said, we didn’t like how we only had one cash-out option. We also didn’t believe that was really the case. So, we checked their terms and conditions, as well as other trustworthy sources. We found that you’ll likely receive your cash out via the same method you used to fund your account. That means you can (probably) get a cashout using:
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • E-Wallets
  • PrePaid Cards
Your mileage will vary, though. You can expect payments to take anywhere from 1-4 working days to be processed. We didn’t see any fees. However, Kaboo does say that they reserve the right to charge a 5% (min 10 GBP) fee if you cash out your deposit before you turn it over once. As for limits, it looks like it’s £50,000 per day. They also say that if you win a progressive larger than £200,000, they may need to validate your winnings before you can cash out it. It should take less than 30 days. That’s nothing to complain about. You could play at a casino that reserves the right to pay you your progressive jackpot in installments. This can take months, if not years to complete. No thanks.

Bonus Promotions

Kaboo has a couple of offers you can claim. We’ll go over the details for each one below.
  • First Deposit – Claim a 100% bonus on your first deposit up to £50. The min deposit is £20, and you’ll need to wager the bonus 40x before you can cash out the bonus or winnings.
  • Second Deposit – Make your second deposit of £20 or more and receive a 50% match bonus up to £50. This has the same terms as the first offer.
Claim both offers in full and you’ll receive an extra £100 to play with. And… that’s it for their offers. This is a tad disappointing. It’d be nice to have more offers to claim, especially since their first two bonuses aren’t very large to begin with. On the bright side, Kaboo does have a couple other incentive programs. Let’s look at the details for those next.
  • Missions – When you sign up and log in, you’ll notice that there’s a small progress bar on the top-righthand side of the screen. This is part of their Missions promo.
They have a page where you can see what missions are available to you. For example, when we checked it out (after we created an account), we had two missions to complete:
  • Welcome Mission – Make 1 deposit. Complete this mission and receive 1 Relic.
  • Explore – Hit 2 bonus rounds on the slots Blood Suckers 2 or Planet of the Apes and you’ll receive 10 credits.
Once you complete enough missions, you’ll move up a level (starting from Level 1). You’ll receive a Relic each time you do. Which brings us to the other incentive.
Important!
Something to keep in mind is that there are limits to how long you have to complete a mission. For example, our deposit mission had a 4-year time limit. That won’t be an issue for most people. However, the Explore mission has a 7-day time limit. If you want to complete this mission, you’ll want to make a deposit right away. The time limit starts as soon as you create a real money account.
  • Relics – Whenever you receive a Relic, it’ll be added to your Relic Collection where you unlock them to win prizes. The prizes vary.
For example, you can get cash added to your account, extra credits to play with, bonus money (with a 20x playthrough), or free plays on machines with jackpots. That’s pretty cool. Even though we’d like to see more offers – more deposit bonuses and the like – their Missions and Relics are interesting. They give you a unique incentive to play that you won’t find anywhere else. There’s nothing wrong with different. Not in this case.

Mobile Friendliness

Kaboo Casino Screenshot from iPhoneKaboo Casino is an instant-play casino. This means you’ll access their casino and play their games from your web browser. There’s nothing for you to download. You can use any major web browser to access their casino. We used Google Chrome, but you should have no problems using Safari, Internet Explorer, or Firefox. This goes for mobile users, too. You can use your browser to access their casino. Kaboo says you’ll have access to more than 800 games. However, keep in mind that this will depend on the country you’re playing from. Apple users can bypass all that stuff because Kabook offers a native app for iPhone and iPad users. It’s free to download and, based on the screenshots, looks identical to their mobile responsive casino. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like they have one for Android users. But considering it wasn’t long ago that they launched the one for iOS, it’s possible that they will launch an Android version in the near future. For now, the instant-play casino should work for everyone who can’t or doesn’t want to use the native app.

Customer Support

You can contact Kaboo Casino via:
Envelope
LIVE CHAT
We found a phone number listed on a review site, too. We won’t list it here, though, because Kaboo doesn’t list it on their casino. There’s no telling if the number is legit or if that’s a good place to go for support. We sent them an email to ask about additional offers and whether they had a native app for Android users. They got back to us in under 5 hours and answered our questions. That gets two thumbs up from us.

Conclusion – Kaboo Casino

We’re impressed with Kaboo Casino. Though, it’s hard not to be when they have more than 800 games to play – even for mobile users. We don’t like everything about them, of course. We think they could use a few more offers. Two welcome bonuses totaling $100 isn’t something to brag about. They could do a better job organizing some of their games, too. These are minor complaints in the grand scheme of things, though. They’re definitely not deal breakers by any stretch. Besides, what we like about them far outweighs any downsides we’ve found. For example, their Missions and Relics incentives are pretty neat. You’re incentivized to play more, but not in the same boring way all other casinos do it. You’re given tasks to complete, which is fun. Once you do, you’ll receive your reward. Their no-fee cash-out options and high cash-out limits are bragworthy, too.
We could go on and on. The bottom line is that we recommend them. You’ll be hard-pressed to find many casinos as good as this one. Go create your account now!
