I’ve tried it out and I like how its a little bit of a challenge making it into a bonus.

I’ve been playing at Las Vegas USA Casino, but deposit tons and tons of cash without actually win anything, I’ve read that RTG soft can play trick and that you can reduce the payout easily after time I release that maybe they could set it so that I had no chance of winning big.

Things started out pretty good. I played independent of any bonus, using my own $. Focused on 2 of my favorite games. I was doing quite well. Closed out of games and requested withdrawal on $1,000. That’s when the problems began. Quite a lot of documentation required. But I’m used to that. Different staff were contacting me about my documents. Then I was asked to resend. Ultimately, any chat request would keep me wait very long. It’s been23 days and still no $$. They keep saying checks come in batches and I should be in the next batch. Except, I didn’t ask for payout to be by check. Asked for bank transfer. Disappointed. That win was to have been Christmas gifts. Plus, no one with LVusa will get back to me when I try Chat. I sit there and wait, wait, wait. Tonight, I was on their chat for 1 hour. Suppose to be transferred to Withdrawal Support specialist. Never showed up. Any suggestions?

Support can be better. More bonuses, customer appreciation always feels nice and makes me want to come spend my money.

Redemption of the 20 free play was effortless. Games are fun as it is an rtg platform of course. Did not have the opportunity to test the banking side of their brand as I did not reach that point with the free play. I could see them gaining some ground if they don’t jack everyone around with cash out times.

Run of the mill RTG. No big downfalls or positive aspects to separate from the RTG pack. If you are looking for an RTG casino than this is one to check out. Have fun.

They need phone lines for their customer service. I just left playing a group of casinos after three years of dedicated playing, the 24hour phone for customer service makes a huge difference. I left after three years because I felt that they were taking me for granted. 1,500 a mo the for three years they should be kissing my ass! So u switched over just just recently and really miss the phone access. Also you need to lower your play through on deposit bonus, $6000 on a $50 bonus is rather difficult and I have never played where you cannot see a running tally if your remaining play through , that’s how it is in Mobil site anyway.
