Requested withdrawal of $1000 on July 12th 2020 – Support denied the withdrawal as when they deducted the extra winnings from my account once I hit play through they didn’t deduct the $125 bonus amount at the same time. Then they re-requested for the $875 right then and their. I was like, ok I can live with that since their site says bitcoin withdrawals are in most cases processed within 48 hours. Three days later I hit up withdrawal support and they said I needed to do verification paperwork and send it in with the usual copy of ID and current bill. Did that and asked when the payout would be ready – agent said it would be on their next 3rd party payers batch. So it went from 48 hours to now five days waiting. SO..I hit up support again and they said next batch but they didn’t know when that batch would run. This went on for three more weeks – after repeated chat sessions I was getting really sick and tired of the same excuses.. next batch – they will NOT tell you anything – I got my payment on August 10th and never went back. A month waiting for winnings where you cannot use another bonus and can’t deposit without risking your winnings is a total deal breaker. The reps were nice but it did not make it worth the wait at all. Going through the exact same BS with one of their sister casinos right now – Lucky Hippo – had I known they were both run by the same corporate I would not have opened my account at lucky hippo.

Overall I’d say my experience with the casino has been very good. There are plenty of games to choose from whether you’re into slots table games blackjack video poker. They claimed to have quick withdrawal with bitcoin but I placed a request days ago and they have yet to advise if processing. I tried to do the live chat with no success. Not happy at the moment but willing to change my tune if at least someone contacted me that they were processing my request.

I think LasVegasUSA Casino is the average RTG casino. They have many attractive promotions. If you like RTG slots, you can recommend them. The response of support is sometimes slow, but I think it is normal. With regard to withdrawal, Bitcoin can be processed in 2-3 days. However, if you choose any other withdrawal method, it can be very time consuming. I think this is a negative point of this casino.

I won money very quickly and there are many games to choose from. I requested a payout of $2000 on Oct 12 via ACH as it says it has a limit of $2500. For whatever reason they needed to split my withdrawal into 2 $1000 payments. Okay whatever, they have sequential payout IDs so I figure they’d be paid out together. I had to reach out to the security team after a week of silence in order to ask how to validate my account. They were very helpful but had I not taken it upon myself to reach out who knows how much longer this would have taken. After 15 days I finally got paid out my $1000. I won money! I liked how the game was laid out. They have a chat feature so you can get to talk to someone fairly easily. I was refused my payout.Apparently my initial funding via a credit card did not go through on their end. However I was able to gamble with what I had funded my account with.I won money and tried to get a payout. They initially made be jump through some hoops to verify I was who I am(?) and then said it would be 2-3 weeks before I received my money. 2-3 weeks later I contacted them and they said that my initial funding didn’t go through so if I sent them more money, they would pay me my winnings.
