Lots of games but the same as other sites. Started out liking it and then it all went downhill
I cashed out $1000 after finally winning after playing for a month. It’s been 33 days and 4 weeks (business days) I was told it was approved after sending ALL of my personal documents. (don’t I feel like a fool.) I’m in queue with their financial dept for over an hour (when it says wait time is 10 minutes) only to all of a sudden get a message that the finance dept is no longer available or I get disconnected and then back in queue, waiting again. None of the other departments will help and I can’t even get info on where to send feedback to this gaming group.
This casino has been around for years and reviews weren’t bad, before, but not sure about their rating now. I would not recommend this casino to anyone after this experience. I have jumped through all of their hoops and I can’t even get a straight answer. This has ruined my whole online gaming experience and will no longer WASTE money playing. I can’t imagine what someone who wins big actually goes through. Their chat group, whoever they’re affiliated with is TERRIBLE and no help. Different information from everyone you talk to. It’s been a nightmare! NOT fun at all!

Either this company is a scam, or their system is far to easily accessible to hackers. I believe that the company itself is a fraudulent operation due to the unreasonable amount of personal info needed to process a deposit. I have never been asked for my SSN info to use a credit card. EVER! Until now… However, after seeing this company reviewed on Wizardofodds.com, I decided to trust it.
When I made my initial deposit, everything was fine. I was able to use the funds immediately to start playing. All was well.
A couple of hours later I got a text, email and a phone call from my credit card provider warning me about suspected fraudulent charges.
My initial deposit amount was never actually collected my the casino, however about a dozen charges AROUND the value of my approved deposit were collected from China. Some were a penny or two less. Some were a few bucks more or less. Etc. Never the correct amount.
Then the casino contacted me saying that there was a problem with my card and they hadn’t received any of my deposit.
Gotcha! I’m a total sucker. My card has been shut off by the CC company but the casino has enough of my person info to sell to make my life a nightmare. Who knows what will happen next…

Nothing I like about them at all. At first they were friendly but later, they play games and aren’t honest about the withdrawal process! I recommend anyone of you not to join lasvegasusa because their payout takes forever! I waited 5 days for them to process the payout but all they did was pending! In the end, I was paid 100%, and to me that’s important! They paid me full amounts, not a single dollar more or less, with NO pain and hassles. So to conclude, if you are a fan of RTG slots and don’t mind waiting to get your money, then I’m sure you will find playing at all of their casinos very positive. If they are willing to change their payment duration, then I would say that the Main Street Vegas Group Casinos is TOP-NOTCH!

I want to make sure I’m fair with my review. I don’t believe posting negative without positive is right. So, I like last Vegas USA’s games and the fact you can win with this online casino. Customer service was very helpful in the beginning. This definitely would be my choice for my favorite online casino if….Payout is ridiculous… I can’t understand how it could take so far right at a month to payout $120. If you’re able to take customers money you should be able to payout winnings at least in two weeks. I requested my $120 payout July 5, 2017. As of today the status is pending. Keep in mind it wasn’t easy to take $25 playthrough $2500 to still be able to withdraw$120. I’m completely disappointed with this and afraid to put money in any online casino after the wait I’m experiencing with Las Vegas USA. I’m in hopes it will not be much longer of a wait.

For a long time this casino was on the top 10 list. I’m not sure this casino should be on that list. They have the slowest payouts I’ve ever seen. I won 11/25/16 it’s now 01/04/17 and still no payment. I hear the same thing over and over when I talk to finance department. I could see if it was a lot of money but come on $350.00 is not a lot. Can others tell me if there having problems to. Or rep tell me when I’ll get my money. I got approved 3 weeks ago.
