Being an Austrian player and playing at LeoVegas Casino is great for me. It has a wide variety of gaming providers and slots as well, also the bonuses are great. I had no issues with the support either, they were super nice to me and helpful. Thumbs up LeoVegas.

The site looks great and alot of games to choose from!! I finally did win something big and ofc wanted to withdraw it but I couldn’t because I had to verify my account. That was no problem I did send them everything they wanted and it says on their site that it takes under 24h to verify. 1 week later and still can’t withdraw anything because verification is not ready yet and ofc I am a gambler so I have lost a lot of the winnings already 🙁 Loosing is ok its a part of gambling but this feels like a scam to get their money back

Game selection is great !!!!!!! Most of the games loaded. :/Verification process is very bad, incompetent employees. Sent picture of my ID front, back, copy of bill, Visa (even though I use 3rd party instdebit for deposit) and my DNA (JOKING..just about DNA though). Got verifying email saying 24 hours waited a week and no verification. I deposited 450 without any bonus very fun games wanted to play more but asked why verification was taking so long. Response was lackluster to say the best then they asked for more info saying scans are not permitted to be used. I say WTF?? I have to send you my original ID so it’s even easier to steal my identity seriously….already gave you everything you asked for. Don’t bother not worth your time unless you want to throw your money away without a chance of withdrawal. Sad though I would have loved this site.

Great all around. I can’t blame a casino for my losses, but I can praise them for my Wins. Never had any serious issues as of yet. Support has always been understanding and very helpful. They have a huge selection of slots that run pretty well server wise so lag is never an issue. Professional design and easy to navigate. Fair bonuses and free spin offers are pretty frequent. No withdrawal issues, always paid on time.All around it’s pretty much what I want in an online casino. I know it’s out of their control, but being in Canada many great brands have restricted (or other) their licenses for my Country, such as BTG ELK NETENT BLUEPRINT. Some of which i was enjoying until they just vanish. Not really an issue, just a bit of a downer haha.

I have been playing on online casinos for couple years now, and this is one of the best. Withdrawal process is pretty painless and good customer service. I know LeoVegas is one of the most highly rated, and suppose to be most secure and fair, which I believed up until now. I spend a lot of money on this casino and finally won a bunch of money March 4th. I have played every day and evening since then, it is now March 16th. And have not won a cent!! That is 12 days straight of completely eating my money. Over $30000 to be exact! It is as though I am being penalized for cashing out and been put on a naughty list! And as I said before I have been playing for years now, and this is not just a string of bad luck, I have played enough to know they have to pay out or give me something just to keep me going atleast, I play every day and this is not right!!!

Variety of games but most of them are high variance low payout games with high groups of dead spins. Never felt like any tangible way to win any of the games Low payouts. Poor customer service. Verification process unlike any other casino where you almost need to provide them with blood sample and your first born child so they can finally send you the money. Waited a month almost and there was always a problem with something somewhere. Anybody who says fast withdrawals is high or something because as many players have said that is not the case

Lots of games, polite customer service, fast withdraw and fun cool site layout. Only thing I dislike is the lack of slots bonuses, you can deposit a 100 a week and still be declined a free bonus, and the bonuses that do get handed out are very small usually 2 to 3 spins, all other sites I play on have a lot more bonuses I’m not sure how LeoVegas compensates for this? perhaps the easy navigation on the site, either way, more slots bonus would be great.

I did like everything from customer service to the fames I’ve been a verified player for years now never had a problem with deposits or withdrawals customer service always went above and beyond I’ve now been told I’m suddenly unverified as it’s expired I don’t have any other photo is than original I’d I haven’t changed name or address and they won’t pay my withdrawal so closed my account absolutely disgusting
