It’s a casino that you as a player can trust, I’ve never had an issue with getting paid or not getting a bonus, which has happen with plenty of other casinos.

I did like everything from customer service to the fames I’ve been a verified player for years now never had a problem with deposits or withdrawals customer service always went above and beyond I’ve now been told I’m suddenly unverified as it’s expired I don’t have any other photo is than original I’d I haven’t changed name or address and they won’t pay my withdrawal so closed my account absolutely disgusting

I recently won $225 and was excited to cash out. I had recently changed my banking so I uploaded the required information. Then was told they wanted a copy of my debit mastercard tied to the account showing my name. As this card is new it does not have my name on it. Well I get fast some free games but I didn’t win that much for first time and btw I was playing for free.

Good selection of games. One of the best mobile sites if not the best. Helpful chat with patience. Awful withdrawal times across the board, wasn’t friendly for big wins to me atleast. Not so special loyalty program (level 30+ and free withdrawals).

Good people on customer service who always get back to me so I think they have solved that issue. I have been frozen out of some games when I was due winnings. This is frustrating and difficult to prove.
