The little bonus spins offered a few times a week. I have played with this casino for a while. I am not liking the customer service right now. I am little player and sadly not too lucky. I recently won $225 and was excited to cash out. I had recently changed my banking so I uploaded the required information. Then was told they wanted a copy of my debit mastercard tied to the account showing my name. As this card is new it does not have my name on it. Well I get fast some free games but I didn’t win that much for first time and btw I was playing for free.
Good selection of games. One of the best mobile sites if not the best. Helpful chat with patience. Awful withdrawal times across the board, wasn’t friendly for big wins to me atleast. Not so special loyalty program (level 30+ and free withdrawals).

Good people on customer service who always get back to me so I think they have solved that issue. I have been frozen out of some games when I was due winnings. This is frustrating and difficult to prove.
I joined this casino despite the torrents of negative reviews on here and TrustPilot; I wanted to see for myself as the majority of people who write a review only go to the bother of doing so when they have something bad to say… I also noticed that most of the complaints posted about the casino on here were resolved, even when they involved very large sums of money… The casino has been in operation since 2012 which is comforting to see; a lot of casinos these days are less than a year… I find it easier to put my trust in a casino that has been on the scene for some time, rather than one that sprung up overnight and could just as easily disappear the next day. They have pretty decent withdrawal limits and a wide range of banking options. Absolutely fabulous selection of games including all the Progressive Jackpot slots, and their online gaming platform runs as smooth as you like with no lagging or dropped connections. Fast withdrawal. Excellent customer service ! I requested for withdrawals and went to the live chat, they approved my withdrawals like in minutes. Worth to join and play! I Need more new games.Some other games are hard to get bonus.Nothing more negatives;)
I opened a account with Leo Vegas, I made a bet which lost with no issues I then placed a bet which won. I then attempted to log in however was unable to do so. I contacted the customer services who advised it had been subject to ‘checks’. Two days later and I am still getting the same answer. The firm received a fine of 680k from the gambling commission however they are still acting immortally. From the reviews you can see this is a common theme. I would advise everyone to report the company again to the gambling commission and the Malta gaming authority. If you go on the gambling commission site it will give you details of how to do this. Update: Just to keep you updated they now won’t speak to me over live chat and don’t respond to emails. My account is still locked for
