They entered the dutch market a while ago, i must say its a good site, but really dont like there bonuses, u have too wager ur deposit to unlock spins or cash bonuses, i really hope they can change it, payouts are very fast within a minute also during weekends, i do miss some game providers but i guess they will add more in the furute overall its a good site but won’t take there bonuses.

So for three days, I’ve been dealing with the useless support reps at this casino. I had spins on my account that wouldn’t work so I contacted support and was told they were aware of the issue and to wait until midnight, if the spins still didn’t work, contact them. I did just that and have been dealing with useless reps since then, three days later. Lol. What a joke. I have a mixed opinion about this casino! They have great bonuses with low wagering requirements, but it happens that the bonus doesnt appear when you claim and deposit. The customer service is very slow and didn’t help. Had to write an email, had an answer a week later. But! They apologized and compensated with a cash bonus wich I really appreciated. The app doesnt have all the games as in the website but still a large selection! Also feels very safe when u deposit and withdraw!
