They were polite when I joined. made me feel welcome, and I like how they give free spins, on certain deposits. I Dislike how I was treated on Leo vegas, in chat when I asked about my Winnings. I had a win and next day when I went to check account, I could see my funds were still there in pending, I spoke to a support Agent in chat. And he tells me I need all this information Id and even asked for an expired card I no longer use. He asked me to still send it. Basically it has been a Nightmare for me Last few days, what I send is not enough they ask for more. They say Terms and Conditions, I said look I use other sites and they have accepted this Id I send you. And then they become Rude.I feel very upset and disappointed because in the beginning they have been nice and polite, and I always rate them good. But when it came to paying out my winnings it was very different, I felt like I was bullied because in chat different support agents were coming through to me basically bullied me and ended my chat conversations. When I was chatting, I was left Tearful after this, and hurt let down by a company I though I could trust. I am a sensitive person as it is, I just can’t believe how they all ganged up on me that’s how it felt awful Experience. I was made to feel like I had done fraud the things they were saying to me.

See Leo Vegas online checked it out to see what was on offer and looked good so thought I would sign up and try a cheeky £10 and have a play as I love playing the slots got my bonus and free spins as stated I only played 20p to 40p stake to start with. I was unsure about withdrawing after reading some poor reviews I started thinking that I was not going to see this £380 so I rang up the next day which was a Sunday to see when I would get the money or if I would even get it the lady on the phone was very polite and got I touch with the people to get the payment processed for me she told me it had been sorted and I would receive e mail confirmation which I did minutes later stating the money would be in my bank within 5 days that was Sunday it’s now Tuesday morning I have my £380 in my account as I have just checked 🙂

So I thought I would post this review as don’t believe everything u read some people may have had issues for what ever reason but my experience was a very delightful one £370 up happy days one very happy customer and will look forward to using leovegas again highly recommend!!!!

Nothing! Total scammers who will not allow honest win withdrawals. Won’t accept legitimate ID verification & demand ridiculous amounts of documents. They ask for photos of all previous cards used on the site knowing people do not keep them as banks require you to safely destroy them. Then request that the bank can give you a letter? I have contacted my bank & they do no such thing.

I had an issue with the withdrawal at first but the customer support agent was very friendly and helped me resolved my problems. If you look into their website, you will see how simple it is yet very well designed. Very uncomplicated which I like very much. If I recall right this is the casino where I had my first win. Somewhere around $80 lol. Not bad. Still playing here from time to time.

Good playing experience, seems to be a very fair casino. Nothing to dislike, I thought that there may be issues with the verification process, but after a small hiccup process went ok, and my withdrawal was approved on the same day and I will watch for it coming into my bank account.
