Games working fine. Deposit working. Withdrawal I don’t know because never get one. Hard to get positive comments. E-mails don’t answer… Like never. Chat is very slow(1h)waiting time many times. Bonuses. I have made 96 deposits and not even one withdrawal. Lost 2400euros not the biggest money I know but All cant play big deposits. So and still they haven’t given me even 20e bonus for my losses. Chat always says no bonus today. Every time same answer. Why they are so cheap!! Never get even 25e goodwill bonus money.

Fast withdrawals through Brite (almost instant). They have Merkur games in their selection and the games run well on their platform. Leovegas jackpot game is a nice extra bet. Customer support chat is almost always offline. They should hire more staff.They really don’t care about players. I had to download my information so I can have facts when I tell you this. In the past year (2020) I deposited ~27000 euros and withdrew ~19000 euros. When I asked for a bonus on my birthday they gave me 15 spins to starburst at 0,10 euros spin. Really??? I make 100-300 eur deposits at a time and average loss for a month is 580 euros. Is this the best you can give me?? I’m very disappointed! I would like to add that you can ask for cashback from live chat which they very rarely give.

I have been a long time customer at leovegas, and one of the main reasons I made an account there in the first place was that they had good bonuses, good support and fast payments. The mobile experience is pretty good, and I really like the feature of playing two games at the same time. Uploading documents has always been very smooth for me. Seems that payments are not great for Norway anymore, but all in all it is a very good site. It is hard to find anything really negative with this site to be honest, except the struggles with payments.

Account verification process is super painful. Several times they declined documentation that precisely matched their requests, which they only accepted once I had to engage support staff with the issue to help process a withdrawal.When it comes to uploading documents for account verification, most of their options for the files they wanted did not let me upload the file. Again I had to contact support staff to get the direct upload links to do this, as the website kept redirecting me away from uploading files, so it is clearly bugged.The withdrawal process was also bugged; after two deposits in Euros I wished to make a withdrawal in Euros. Trying to add my Revolut Euro account did not succeed, as it was originally registered in the UK and they likely assumed it was a GBP account, despite this being the same account and debit card that I made the deposits from. How on earth in 2020 issues like this occur I do not know.Avoid like the plague, the game selection is not so great (about 140 titles) and the fullscreen option actually shrinks them a little.

How would you rate LeoVegas?

I come into this review yet to experience everything from LeoVegas, so the depth of my insight isn’t the deepest. I am new and haven’t cashed out yet … only cancelling a cashout after 2-3 days to continue playing after withdraw wasn’t fast enough to beat my poor decision making when it comes to gambling to the finish line. I wanted to say that I’ve played all over the place, and after not spending much time at LeoVegas I quickly felt that their systems were very LEGIT and that they provided an HONEST service. I Initially turned 100 into 500. Wanted to withdraw but cancelled few days later after losing aprox 1,000 at other casinos and turned that 500 into 1800 in one sitting of ‘Wolfs Gold’ growing. My bets from 1.50-6.25 per spin feeling like I clawed my way back. I then had an urge to want to play the bonus game in ‘Book of Dead’. At which point spins around $20 seen the balance gp from 1,800 to $0 without seeing the 3 book bonus once or big wins.Thru all this I felt that LeoVegas had a legitimate system and provided me a great service. More personalized & interactive interface, easier to access customer service.Member orientated promotions encouraging existing players to feel treated better than elsewhere.

One of the best sites for Slot choice and generally gets the newest games first. Fairly quick payouts usually within a couple of days to my bank which is better than most. Now has the non reversal rule in place which is very good. Have been a member for years and never given any free spins/bonuses for loyalty. In fact there are rarely any bonuses on offer other than for sports which I’m never interested in betting on. Would rate higher if more bonuses on offer.

Simple to use and very easy to deposit money into their site as have been verified immediately on registration and by sending bank card and driving licence photos I opened an account at the start of June. I have a number of other online accounts and have been around for a long time! 🙂 My account has been fully verified – immediately and then by sending id (address and bank card) I have made 5 to 6 deposits and played using no bonuses- I lost money and did not withdraw I have then made 2 withdrawals – one was paid (£3.5K after deposit of £3k) I made a w/d for £4k this Tues 23 June after a deposit on the same day for £3k They have confirmed that this w/d has not been processed They have asked for additional docs which I sent immediately on wed and additional info which I have returned immediately on Saturday 27th June They have now said this may now take 7-10 working days to review DUE TO COVID 19! My issue is not that they need to check on customers spend but the delay in doing this due to their issues with COVID 19 – there is no communication on their site about this Also here is no UK telephone to talk to someone. I am effectively paying for their admin delays. If they are struggling then surely they should limit new player take on? I have asked for someone to call me but no-one has. I am trying to get through to Mark Good their UK director and Alison Costello their CFO but it is proving very difficult

One of my favorite online casinos. They have the lowest wagering requirements for most of their bonuses for slots and live casino. Pretty much no restriction in what games you can play to wager through, although the bonus amount is locked. But it is still one of the best bonuses in this casino. Fastest cashout I have received from this casino. My withdraw is received within a couple of hours to my E-wallet.
