After uploading my docs, after 12 days no reaction. Contacted CS to finally be verified.

After the dreaded verification is complete; this is a very enjoyable site. Customer service for the most part is top notch. I had serious issues getting verified and James from CS ( over the phone) helped me out big time, wish I found him at the beginning. And Toyah recently provided exceptional service via chat. If get the right person they will make sure your matter is dealt with. The games are great and for the most part no issues. Speedy payments with ewallet once verified. Verification process is the hardest out there, it’s constant back and forth and if you don’t get the right person to help it feels like it will never end. Needless resending docs.I had an issue with a game I triggered free spins on during regular play, that was over a week ago, and I still can’t load them. Canadians beware, you can play but trying to withdraw your winnings is a very long and tedious process if you are able to withdraw at all. Most Canadian banks will not accept a transfer from them. PayPal is not an option for withdrawal as well. I don’t think they should be able to operate in our country any longer

Is rely horrible i take withdrawal 24 off july my withdrawal still pending 3 days. Plenty emails i send, i have numerous life chat, they lie me about my withdraw to many different stories finally after 3 days pending withdrawal they return to my player account. i am again take withdrawal and ask them maybe they can approved more quickly because this is casino mistake and one off funny staff, her name is Joanne she told me terms and conditions i need to wait again 2 calendar day is really horrible.
