Lucky creek casino is a crooked place I’ve played with them for about a month or two sent money to them and I’ve even got deposits I’ve never received that I’ve sent to them and they just tell me that they’re waiting for a Feedback and then I won a jackpot like 10,000 and it wasn’t even with the bonus and they only gave me like $700 of it because they said it was with a bonus and it wasn’t and I even called them and they had nothing but attitudes are rude don’t ever ever play a Taxi now they are crooked they will take your money and when you try to talk do a chat with them they ignore you they literally disconnect on you constantly and they give you a vary low limit if you win money and then when you try to do a withdrawal on your money they give you the small amount and then they literally take the rest of it they don’t give it back to you they take it there’s gotta be something you can do about it that’s just it’s not right.

I played this casino a lot, with smaller amounts and I tried to get a bonus each time…why not? I didn’t win for a while, but when I did win $1.000, they all of a sudden started cutting me off of bonuses. Now I say, if you take the bonuses and play and never cash out, what’s their beef? If they offer these endless bonuses, why try to limit them? I only cashed out once, but they really ran me off. Same at their affiliates, too. I got a quick payout via Bitcoin because I had sent them everything under the sun to verify. Which cracks me up really.

I love the games on here but I strongly urge people to play anywhere but this group as they seem to always have an excuse not to payout legitimate winnings

I won 1,000 dollars on Saturday evening 1/15/22 using crypto for withdrawal and got it Monday morning 2/17/22. I have played a lot and different places and that is beyond fast payout. Customer service was respectful and addressed all my concerns. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think the wagering requirements were a bit high but I played through and got my payout. This is a great honest place and if you gave a negative comment you didn’t follow rules. One thing that they all have in common is that they are dead serious about their rules and as long as you follow no problems

Not really anything to rave about or complain about here. They offer so many bonus’s that they allow you to claim so that when an attempt is made to withdraw funds they can tell you you violated the terms by claiming to many consecutive bonuses. I recommend not using any bonus with this site, then they will pay out.

I deposit lots of money and win I win I never get anymoney back multiple times I feel like I am being cheated have proof of my winnings .. I won 17, 000 dollars no it’s not in my account I have not received anything I don’t know if it’s because I live in usa it really been a bad experience wish all u luck

Lucky Creek Casino locked me out of my account, immediately after requesting a withdraw. They gave no reason. They refuse to answer emails requesting an explanation. They disconnect me from chat every time I try to contact them. They refuse to answer a complaint I filed with a, well known, players advocacy site. I would worry about my reputation, if I were affiliated with them! I am not the only player complaining. Search “ Lucky Creek Scam”.

All was well when I received a no deposit bonus and then proceeded to win a large sum of money (Compared to the Bonus). I then deposited over $20, so that I may be able to withdraw my winnings. When it came time to withdraw, there was problem after problem (not with me or my information), but with LC and their requirements. They had me verify my identity, then wait over a week…..Then send in my bank verification info, then wait another week………. then I had to send my bank wire transfer info (which could have been requested with my bank verification info, but wasn’t)…………of course then I had to wait yet ANOTHER week!!!!……….Then I was told that the only bank accounts at my bank that they will wire the money to, is a Platinum checking account, which upon my checking with my bank, requires that you maintain a $50,000.00 MINIMUM account balance! This was ONLY told to me, after waiting almost a whole month for my winnings, and to this day, I still have not been able to get my deposit. I imagine I never will, as that is how they avoid paying out their winning balances, Very misleading and outright dishonest. They are scam artist through and through.
