Lucky Creek Casino locked me out of my account, immediately after requesting a withdraw. They gave no reason. They refuse to answer emails requesting an explanation. They disconnect me from chat every time I try to contact them. They refuse to answer a complaint I filed with a, well known, players advocacy site. I would worry about my reputation, if I were affiliated with them! I am not the only player complaining. Search “ Lucky Creek Scam”.
All was well when I received a no deposit bonus and then proceeded to win a large sum of money (Compared to the Bonus). I then deposited over $20, so that I may be able to withdraw my winnings. When it came time to withdraw, there was problem after problem (not with me or my information), but with LC and their requirements. They had me verify my identity, then wait over a week…..Then send in my bank verification info, then wait another week………. then I had to send my bank wire transfer info (which could have been requested with my bank verification info, but wasn’t)…………of course then I had to wait yet ANOTHER week!!!!……….Then I was told that the only bank accounts at my bank that they will wire the money to, is a Platinum checking account, which upon my checking with my bank, requires that you maintain a $50,000.00 MINIMUM account balance! This was ONLY told to me, after waiting almost a whole month for my winnings, and to this day, I still have not been able to get my deposit. I imagine I never will, as that is how they avoid paying out their winning balances, Very misleading and outright dishonest. They are scam artist through and through.
Absolutely horrible I receive nonstop emails from this group pertaining free spins with bonus codes or FreePlay money I attempt to use the code it doesn’t work I respond to the email stating that code doesn’t work and please stop emailing me yet I always receive a response from a higher up representative telling me that whatever FreePlay was issued is now in my account and to play my own free will. I happened to win on one of these and attempted to withdraw submitted all my verification documents and received an email stating that I had violated the terms and conditions by using multiple free please yeah I’m baited in by the nonstop emails telling me to come and play! Why after I have corresponded and stated to please stop sending me the emails because a I don’t like their establishments and I’m not comfortable with depositing but yet they keep sending me FreePlay and then I happen to win and they take it away from me.
