Is casino is pretty boring compared to all the other ones that are just like it it’s good but like I said there’s too many just like it I get tired of seeing the same games on just a different name of a casino haven’t tried to cash out with them but deposit is a nightmare

first time playing here i won $1000, it was my first time ever using an online casino…haha so it was the beginning of a long career of using these casinos :p aside from winning 1000, which i did love, there were aspects i did not love- to this day actually. sometimes support is not forthcoming when you ask questions or use a bonus, you think you are doing something right or have followed the necessary steps to properly use bonus codes (which are sometimes thrown in your face so you figure they have to be usable) but when it comes time to take the money out…support suddenly mentions something they hadn’t before, or drags out a process. something to think about when withdrawing with bitcoin, and the length of time it takes for bitcoin to be withdrawn and the time it takes for your request to be confirmed…bitcoins prices can fluctuate like crazy. playing casino extreme and brango where the withdraw is instant is nice, but you can forget that and play here thinking you will get an amount that might be different from what you ultimately received. it happened to me, i fought it, and it actually worked, after 2 hours of going back and forth about the price of bitcoin impacting the money you receive, they credited my account with a rather significant amount to make up for the difference as i was told the fluctuating prices of bitcoin would not impact the amount i withdrew and received. just something to think about,

This was the very first casino I ever tried online and I did well with the no deposit bonus. They showed the way for me to play more and find others to play at. I enjoyed the simple layout they have and generous support. I would recommend this place for sure!

According to their OWN terms of service, they are not even allowed to accept deposits from players in the USA. Even if you had won, they would not allow you to cash out. Yet, they will still take your money which is in direct violation of their own terms of service.

I think she knows more than fair that’s players I have never got a chance to cash out but they offer me bonuses all the time even if I haven’t deposited in a while and don’t seem to mind handing out to free chips in a row now as far as the promise for paying I can’t say I wish I could that’s just as much my fault though

these casinos are a joke, you never win anything or get playback, have to use as many bonuses as possible just to keep playing for more than 5 minutes. lucky creek, grand eagle, mandarin palace, treasure mile,they are all the same. after multiple losses with little to no playback, got a support operator bonus who said there was no max cashout on it minus the original 50 given, first time winning got up to 400 and met the wager requirements, forfeited the 50. after putting in at all four of their casinos multiple times and they turn around and change the cashout to 100 and say terms and conditions and dont even listen to me when i say there was supposed to be no max cashout as per the operator who applied it. terrible customer service and slots dont give playback at all.

The deposit for casino goes through right away. They also have some fun slots. I also like how an agent really tried to help me. Also like how they give you an opportunity to use bonuses. I won 300 dollars I decided to withdraw as my winnings mind you no bonus added my completed wins by administration said 200 Dollars and the agent said it could have been the price of bitcoin went down! Ok so a whole hundred dollars just disappeared evenly. Had I not already won at other casinos I might have believed that absolutely sad reply. Will not respond back to me from numerous emails on when they decided to implement that you are only allowed $1000 max cash out if you use a bonus code that is more then 100%. I recently requested a withdrawal of $2500 and never once had an issue with them and my withdrawal and next thing I know I only received $970 because supposedly I used a bonus code that was 110%. So I have been emailing them requesting something in writing on when they decided to start doing this because I feel it started a week after I had requested my withdrawal because when you would request a match bonus in chat they started to tell you this new rule and was not told to me when I made my deposit. They are very sneaky and only asking when did they start this new rule.
