I was entitled to the $250. Played some other games won $550, put in a withdrawal, they took all my money that I had won which was over $1000. Stay away from this casino. I would have gladly deposited more money to play, however, I waited to see how being a new player played out before making another deposit. They cheated me. If it seems to good to be true then it is.
