be careful playing here if you are from the united states. For some reason my profile on here thinks im from canada, but im american. I finished playthrough for a no deposit bonus and tried to cash out $100. I primarily play in bitcoin, and when i contacted support for help, they said i need to make a $20 deposit in order to make my withdrawal which i said wouldnt be a problem. I got in my wallet and went back to the site for the bitcoin address . Clicked on banking and read through various deposit/withdrawal methods they have available. Apparently players from the U.S. can deposit in bitcoin, but for some reason we cant withdraw in bitcoin. I thought this was kind of wierd you know. Like they would take me money in bitcoin but when it came time to pay out, the only available methods for AMERICAN players each have a fee between $10- $30 . Players from anywhere other than united states DO have bitcoin for BOTH withdrawal and deposits. When i asked support why that is they said they dont have a processor currently. When i asked why they dont just use the same method they offer to everyone from any country except the U.S. for bitcoin services, i never got a response. So theres a hundred dollars sitting in my account . I just find it odd that they offer withdrawals via bitcoin to everybody except americans.
