I tried to cash out 10k and they told me they can. Only do 3500 at a time and put 6500 back in my. account. They wired the 3500 or 3480 after there. Fee to the wrong bank and now it’s been over a. Week and they say they haven’t gotten the wire. Back. They didn’t use the routing number I put on. The wire transfer form and can’t tell me where. They got the routing number they used. I started. I played at lucky creek a couple years ago and liked their slots. I deposited on 8/21 and was shocked that the slot games had changed. You could no longer stop the reels at all. They took all the skill out of it. After trying a few games and realizing I was completely disadvantaged and at their mercy, I asked to cash out my remaining $70 and of course they said no. I’ve been playing on lucky creek for at least 3 years now and yeah they have their ups and downs. I haven’t hit a jackpot or large amount in the pass year 1/2 but i have won big and was paid out in a timely manner. I have noticed this year the support team is responses are handled better but i also notice that the games are now glitching more when the reel is about to or lands on a good hit, i’ve reported this more than once but nothing was done about it. Could be why im not really hitting big pots like before but could just be the luck of spins but as of jan of last year havent hit anything above 100.00 without a bonus attached but we will see.

Customer service is terrible. They talk through their chat as if they are learning things on the fly. 

Well, I won $3000 on March 12-13, 2023. Spoke to Lisa in chat. My username is Hnyblue. She stated that I didn’t have consecutive bonuses but that I could only cash out $1000. I guess she got tired of answering my questions and disconnected our conversation. After this,I won’t play here again. I can’t understand why I can only cash out $1000 if I didn’t use consecutive bonuses. She said if I didthis would be my limit amount but she said I didn’t so why can’t I get all that I won?

I am very dissapointed with this casino. I have had 5 timed out deposits because of their proccesor. Where the money has cleared my bank account and but was not credited with my account with the casino. It usually takes about a week to get my account credited which is rediclous. This last $25 deposit i made they are now refusing to pay me back stating my bank declined it. I even sent a screen shot of my bank statement showing it cleared my account. This is theft!! I was a daily player here and now I will never deposit $ into any of their casinos accounts. These people make me sick.
