I liked playing here but their customer support is terrible! I was passed to 4 people asking one question and still haven’t found the answer.

Don’t play here there are no regulations they entise you with a couple good wins early then it drains you i wanted to then close my account customer support just ignores you then i tried to withdraw what i had left of my money and they locked my account and wont respond DON’T PLAY HERE MAJOR SCAM!!

I’ve been playing on lucky creek for at least 3 years now and yeah they have their ups and downs. I haven’t hit a jackpot or large amount in the pass year 1/2 but i have won big and was paid out in a timely manner. I have noticed this year the support team is responses are handled better but i also notice that the games are now glitching more when the reel is about to or lands on a good hit, i’ve reported this more than once but nothing was done about it. Could be why im not really hitting big pots like before but could just be the luck of spins but as of jan of last year havent hit anything above 100.00 without a bonus attached but we will see.

Customer service is terrible. They talk through their chat as if they are learning things on the fly. 

Well, I won $3000 on March 12-13, 2023. Spoke to Lisa in chat. My username is Hnyblue. She stated that I didn’t have consecutive bonuses but that I could only cash out $1000. I guess she got tired of answering my questions and disconnected our conversation. After this,I won’t play here again. I can’t understand why I can only cash out $1000 if I didn’t use consecutive bonuses. She said if I didthis would be my limit amount but she said I didn’t so why can’t I get all that I won?

I am very dissapointed with this casino. I have had 5 timed out deposits because of their proccesor. Where the money has cleared my bank account and but was not credited with my account with the casino. It usually takes about a week to get my account credited which is rediclous. This last $25 deposit i made they are now refusing to pay me back stating my bank declined it. I even sent a screen shot of my bank statement showing it cleared my account. This is theft!! I was a daily player here and now I will never deposit $ into any of their casinos accounts. These people make me sick.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! These ** sent me a bonus email for 20 bucks, and a required playthrough of 1200.00. I completed the playthrough and was trying to cash out 568.67. They told me I couldn’t cash it out, although the terms CLEARLY stated I could!!! Bunch of ** **!!!

Casino experience is horrible. I deposited $29 and was never given my bonus. I was told it had to be $25 so I deposited that and although my balance says I have aost $60 the games say I don’t have funds when I try to play. I have attempted love chat 5 times and each time I get a generic greeting and then they don’t say nothing else. I still have not received the first bonus and have made 2 deposits.
