Experienced problems after registration for some reason I was banned or blocked. Then months later I get a email saying we want you back so sure enough I clicked email link and I suddenly can sign back in and I’ve got $25 bonus chip in my account. What I like about Miami casino is the tournaments they have available. Even though the win amounts aren’t huge it’s always fun to enter them for free and watch your sc9re as you compete against the other players on the site. I wish more sites would have tournaments honestly.

i wouldnt recommend this casino to my worst enemy. I deposited there thousands of dollars until i looked at my bank statements and realized that every charge i made in an increment of the same amount (ex. 2 deposits both $30) they would tack on one or two more $30 charges as if I wouldnt notice it because it was the same amount as my prior deposits. Naturally, I contacted them and provided them with bank statements which then got some guy calling me and emailing me threatening my family and telling me im going to jail for fraud. I just let my bank handle it and they refunded me all of the doubled charges. I dont mind paying for something I receive…but i will never pay for something I didnt get and have been charged for. These guys are very shady when they arent getting exactly what they want from you. Be very careful and watch your statements if you deposit

Ive been a member of miami club and her two sister casinos since they opened. Very good bonuses and a great variety of games…however, their terms and conditions are pretty much impossible to meet (in order to cash out) and they also will “gift you” a birthday bonus but the birthday bonus isn’t really a gift. Its like all the other bonuses, with an impossible to reach play thru amount! I realize the casinos cant just give money away but it sure would make it more interesting if they lowered their play through so we could actually win once in a while. Its frustrating to play when you pretty much know theres no chance of cashing out. There are two casinos that I know of that actually have their Ts &Cs set at an amount that is reachable for us players and Im sure everyone knows who I am referring to (though I wont name them here on a Miami Club post). All I can say is my money is spent where I get a fair chance of actually cashing out! No offense to the Miami group and I hope they read this and think about it.

Miami Club is pretty cookie cutter, its just like liberty and lincoln. Nothing more, nothing less. The games seem to keep up better on my computer and the match bonuses seem to be better so I like to come here when I can. Customer service is pretty dry and there is another provider that I prefer because the service team over achieves. Thanks for the fun.

I’ve been playing on this site for about 2 years. Only have two issues number 1 when I deposited it took upwards up to 5 hrs to get credited and thats only because I messaged them to ask about my deposit. And number 2 when I cashed out I had to summit forms like 8 times because for aome reason they couldn’t make out my forms. Even tho there sister casino’s didn’t have a issue. Other then that it as ok.

All in all, with Miami Club not having a license displayed, no loyalty program and only written support; it’s too much of a risk for me to deposit my crypto here. I’ve played here with a no deposit bonus that I did not end up cashing out because I lost it all. That was it for my experience because I can’t trust that they will do what is right by me if I were to win, or even deposit!
