I play this for fun, quite frequently, no real money involved. But when I went to add some money to my account I couldn’t, I couldn’t even adjust my personal information so play in the free tournament. So I contacted customer support. They told me everything from get a new computer to go to the library. Multiple people just closed out the chat and one in particular said she was verifying my account manually and just ‘vanished’.I think overall the customer service needs a big revamping. And ultimately this is how you lose customers…one by one. I found another online casino that would take my money, and even called me within minutes to verify my account and identity. Just need to step up for the future customers.

I tried to make a deposit for $35, it declined and I got a fraud detection thing on my card for two $35 payments. The reason for the declined was apparently there weren’t enough funds in the account to process $70. Idk what to think of this. I was not told I would have two $35 charges. Maybe something else happened. But I would stay away from this casino.

No sue operator showed up for like 10 minutes and i guess the live chat is not that live after all.Then spoke to Verena about getting my free sign up bonus. And hen again the same old stupid thing hey ask my details and ask me to wait as they are going to check my account.After getting the bonus i start playing the games and the first game was the three reel slot crazy cherry and this game is very slow and only one time i got bar on three reels and won 25$ apart from that did not get anything form this game.Then i open 5 reel slots magic monkey and this is the first time i was playing 5 reel slots on this portal. And on the third spin i hit the 9 with K and it got me 0.50$. This was also a very average game and no real action here. So i just went to play table games in the end because that is where real money can be made. Had to download thecasino hold em game in order to play it. So i just opened blackjack and luckily did not have to download that one. But not a very nice game and lost all the money. Only won 2 hands. The Live Support the slowness of all employees and the rudeness of pretty much everyone that works there. If you want to make a deposit and I prefer Western Union because I’ve had issues with theft from other Casino’s well Good Luck with this place. They refuse to answer you and the employees are rude. Only good thing…the games.
